A very unfortunate experience. Found a fridge on a Tuesday and paid for it. Used the delivery guy they recommended. Super nice guy wasnt able to deliver until the following day. They took my old fridge that had a problem in exchange for a year warranty on the one I bought. After the fridge had been plugged in for two hours, I notice the fridge is not cold enough and freezer is even worse. Decide to wait the night and give it a good 9hrs of no one opening it. In the morning it is 22 degrees in the freezer. All my food is slowly defrosting. Drive over there when they open. Talking to woman at the front and a repair technician. He says to her that it wasnt ready for sale and wasnt fixed yet. She asks him why it has a price tag on it then. The point of the story is I bought a fridge from them that was sold to me broken. They had almost a full day to realize it was still broken before it was delivered. Tried to pick a different fridge from a bunch of fridges that I didnt want. Found one but it was 250 instead of the 180 I paid. They wouldnt eat the cost and tried to make it sound like they were doing me a favor by getting the independent delivery guy to deliver/exchange a different one. I thought I found a really great place to buy used and repaired appliances. Turns out they dont care at all if they sell you a broken fridge.

This place was amazing!!! We walked in and were immediately helped by Russ. He took us directly to the showroom and showed us exactly what we were looking for at an even lower price than we expected. He made us laugh the whole time, and while we were looking around he made sure we knew that he would take care of us and make a deal if we needed. We were only in there for about 15 minutes before we decided on a washer and dryer set perfect for us. We were able to buy the warranty and still stay in our budget, but really the experience was made by Russ. He was hilarious and personable. Highly recommend!!!

If you have to buy and appliance here get the warranty. My fridge I got though them has broken twice! Its Not worth it. They wont come fix it at your house. You have to take it to them. I cannot transport it myself. So I have to pay someone to take it there for me. So that cost me and extra $100. In the long run its its just worth getting a cheap brand new fridge because this experience has been terrible. Not to mention all of the food that went bad because it stopped working. HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Bought from these guys before and they did a repair at my house. I just talked to the owner and they fired the guy for doing this. So if you want anything repaired you have to haul it back to them or pay for transport. Not worth saving money. Spend the extra 100 bucks and buy something new from best buy or sears. I have a broken washer 4 months after purchase. Both times I have made a washer and dryer purchase from this company something had broke within a couple months.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Unless you want to continually bring your appliance back in the store to have it repaired because that is all the warranty will be good for... and YOU WILL have to fix it, then dont bother with this place. Its only slightly cheaper in most situations, and a lot more headache then if you just buy something new. So many other options out here, with way better customer service that is non existent at appliance exchange.

Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is due to hours of operation. For starters, owner was very upfront and honest (he was also funny). Theyre used appliances. They may or may not have some unknown quirks to them (my words not his). I knew brands and reputation prior to walking in. My dryer is still running 2 years later and never had an issue with it.

Hit and miss. I exchanged a dryer here a while back and that one has been working fine for months. I then went and bought a washer and dryer combo for a house I rent out, and the washer broke down. The replacement washer also broke down, as did the dryer suddenly.
