I purchased a Craftsman lawn mower from this Sears location. The lawn mower stopped working before the 2 year warranty expired. I went to the store location and they advised me to call customer service. I called customer service and they referred me to a 3rd party repairman. My lawn mower has been at the 3rd party repairman for almost 3 months! They have finished the mower but they claim that Sears has deemed the lawn mower out of warranty. Imagine a busy person such as yourself dropping off your mower while under the the 2 year warranty. Now imagine that the 3rd party repairman entered the claim 1 day later so it was deemed out of warranty. I have attempted to reach out to the Store Manager but the cashiers act as gate keepers and are quick to refer you to another department. The name Craftsman used to mean quality. As a long time customer I feel as if the situation should have been resolved within 2 weeks maximum. Now after multiple calls to the store, customer service 3rd party retailer, direct messages on Twitter and no resolution. I find myself tired and dont feel as if Sears Cares.

I am so disappointed in Sears. I paid them over $27,000 to reface all my cabinets, and replace the kitchen sink and granite countertop. In the process of installing the new sink, a valve that should have been replaced was not replaced, resulting in an overnight leak which spilled out onto the veneer floor causing it to warp. Since the floor was older (but in perfect condition) it was not matchable and could not be replaced. I was forced to refloor the kitchen and adjoining dining room. Despite numerous - and I mean NUMEROUS- phone calls and letters, Sear refuses to pay for the damage. So this expensive remodel just cost me and additional $3200 because of Sears refusal to guarantee their work.

They dont even deserve a star....My parents bought a $1500 tv and it was defective... so sears took it back to repair it and then they lost the tv and wont give them a refund back.... They went there countless times trying get a new tv or a refund and the manager just raised there voice at them?? They work Day and Night to make that hard earned money and deserve their reward... I have never heard such horrible customer service! The store managers and employees are unprofessional and unorganized, they DESERVE to be out of a job. Do not buy anything from this Sears.... They are con artists...& That is why sears are withering away 1 by 1.

Several weeks ago I went into the store: it was GHOST town. Could not find anyone on the 2nd floor to check out an item, and only one clerk on floor #1. Had to wait behind people who were kvetching about a return, etc. God forbid there would be someone to do a simple one-item checkout even though a couple of employees were milling around but ignoring people in line. Last week I was in the mall at 10:45 - virtually all stores were open except Sears, which apparently now opens at 11 AM. So it you go at 10 expect to wait around or shop around an hour before they open their doors. Sears is doing downhill: really? No! what a shock ...

Ive never tried to call a retail store in my life, during business hours, and theres not someone to answer. I also purchased an expensive mattress and attempted four separate times to have it delivered. The call center is halfway across the world and they have no direct channel of communication with the delivery department. You call the headquarters to speak with the individual responsible for customer experience, and they dont answer the phone. Sears Holdings appears to be on its way to bankruptcy given the poor customer service. But hay, maybe thats the plan that Executive Management is striving for.

First and last time ordering from sears. I ordered online and shipped my order to the store. The first sales associate laughed at me when I didnt know where to go to pick up my order and gave me fake directions to this room. The second sales associate actually helped me find this tiny room outside of sears. They couldnt find my order I told the man my name and my order he comes back because he forgot. He then argues with me about not having an order or it not being ready when I had the email stating it was ready for pick up. It was too much of a headache for a pair of pajamas.

one start over sears, is because they have a company inside of the store that ask you for your name and phone number or email,and they say if you sign you could be a winner of some especials, well I sign in and a few hours later they call me and they toll me a was the winner of some trip and this and that, they ask me for more inf and later they said a cant get the price, reason a dont make enough money, so if you visit sears dont sing this stupid prices.

Went to exchange a couple of old craftsman tools. Server named Robert was unhelpful & refused to exchange them because of the new policy. Told me they must be broken to exchange & he would not change them. No management available, so I left. Lifetime warranty now means nothing. Guess Im buying new tools elsewhere from now on. Terrible customer service.smh

I try to avoid department stores in general like these but I happen to like this store. I always end up finding something I just have to have that I can afford, so that means something to me. Pretty standard for a Sears though, clean, well stocked, the customer service could use a little work at this location, but all in all I think "very is fair. :)
