Like others have said... the name says it all. DO NOT STOP HERE. It basically was the biggest waste of my time. I was attempting to purchase one of their cars and it was just one big disaster. I called before arriving, went down to the lot, spoke to the sales man and everything. There were just too many red flags in the end. RED FLAG #1 - I wasnt able (or even asked for that matter) to test drive the car I was interested in. RED FLAG #2 - They didnt have a vehicle history report. RED FLAG #3 - The men in the office. They are rude mainly because they assume that no one else understand Arabic. This is a new age so yes, many of us can understand you, الرجال وقحا. RED FLAG #4 - The last straw was the lack of follow up. The sales man peddling around the parking lot assured me that he was going to be calling me back. I believe that KB said: "I have seen our feedback and I am trying to change the culture of our business." Thats a wonderful script he memorized but his actions do not match them. In the end we did our own VHR on the car and was relieved that we didnt purchase it. It was listed at $4,200 but the real worth of the car was estimated at $1,600, the $4,000 was what it would have cost us to fix the car. DO NOT STOP HERE.

Never come here. I bought a 2003 Ford Focus. They said there was nothing wrong with it. They said it was in perfect condition. As soon as I bought it, it needed an oil change, no gas in the car, already had to get a tune up, new brakes, new serpentine belt, new motor mounts for 2 of them, new rotors, and now its having trouble starting. Ive only had this car since late February and it needed all those things immediately. HORRIBLE customer service. The lady at the desk was wearing PAJAMAS, she was smoking cigarettes at the desk right in front of me, she was eating pizza right in front of me, cussing, talking over me, disgusting place that looks like it hadnt been clean in centuries, and horrible attitude. Even though I was determined when I test drove it that there was only 1 problem with it and itll be an easy fix, comes along all these other problems. $1,900. Yall are absolutely ridicolous and will never refer anybody to you. Id give 0 stars if I could

Experience was great to be honest. I purchased a 2004 jeep from them. After weeks of research and driving around, i saw carstop inc and decided to check it out. They had all types of vehicles in my price range, some in better conditions then others of course. The jeep caught my attention pretty quickly. It was in good condition under the hood and inside the car. Its used and 2004yr so obviously not perfect. They were polite to me and helpful plus i could tell they were not bsing with me. Ive been in sales and i know how it works. Yes its a business and they want to sell cars but they wont screw you over. In the end i purchased the vehicle after taking it to my machanic friend and the suv is still running strong. Sandy and Joe were great and i would highly recommend them. Thanks again Sandy and Joe!

Worst car spot. Was looking to buy an 01 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them as my first car. No lie, the car ran good and had good mileage but was very dirty and had a shortage in the indicators causing them not to work at times. The guy named Victor claimed he would fix it in an hour, an obvious lie. We decided to leave the truck and come back later to see if it was fixed. In the end, we noticed the Jeep had a pool of muddy water in the jeeps spare tire area and decided to call it quits. The same guy Victor lied and said the truck was fixed and sat there struggling for five minutes trying to fool me when the blinkers wont turn on at all. Dont trust these dumb@sses. They only want your money and nothing else. If one car is this bad, it says something about all of them.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Car Stop Inc is true to their name, your car WILL STOP, STOP WORKING! Tied up in legal situation with them now! Joe and Mike Gobran are the saleman, owners, & brothers, Joe and Mike are not even their real names, thats their "fake American" names! After research, I found out I am not the only person theyve done this to. I had to get a police escort from the city of Duluth today back there just to handle some business with them before we go to court! Smh

These people are not honest Christians as they claim to be. It is all about the money...knowing that we were short on money but really in need of a car for our 16 year old. Took advantage of us to make a sale!! We have had the car 1 week and we are already into $2000 in repairs and then today told we need a whole new Engine. The auto mechanic working on the car says that people like this should not have a dealers license!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! It will stop running. I bought a car here and an hour later my car broke down. I called them and asked them if there was anything they could do and they refused to help me. They ignored my calls after that and j was stranded in Georgia!

I stopped in to check out a 2000 Toyota Sienna minivan it was clean and in good shape I got the car in December and so far its turned out to be a good van for the price I will be returning to purchase a car from them again

Liars miles was not write told me the car was clean the car WAS NOT AND YOU CANT UNDERSTAND THE SMALL GUY WHEN HE SPEAKS HE is shady AF so wen I went on a test drive he said the car was running good NOT the case! At all

The prices of the cars should be a red flag to anyone who is shopping for a car. If it is too good to be true than most of the time it is.
