My first impressions of this used dealership was wonderful. I had a salesmen help me through the difficult process of finding a vehicle. I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness. He helped me find a corolla in which I fell in love with the moment I saw it. The same night we began the process of completing the paper work, because I had decided to purchase the vehicle. I finally began to feel a bit of relief. It was late in the night, and they were closing so we were going to finish the paper work the next day and I was getting the paper work from my bank squared away. They had promised me, the salesman and the manager that they would hold the car for me until I returned the next day. I live about an hour and a half away so it wasnt the most convenient location. The following day I get a call from the salesman asking if I was on my way, I said yes driving the long hour and a half drive to finalize the paper work. As I arrive to the dealership the salesman acts like he doesnt know where the car is, his words "I cant seem to find it anywhere" given that I had just spoken to him over the phone. The manager, who gave me his word to keep the car for me, tells me it was sold. They sold the car of my dreams. I was devastated and felt disrespected. Seeing my response they try to sell me a car of the same model but 1,000$ more expensive. Not even offering an apology from either the manager or the salesman. He began trying to sell me a car out of my budget, which he was aware of. I was livid. They didnt have enough respect for me as a customer to tell me the car had been sold. They lied and they took me for a fool. Like I was ignorant enough to continue a sale through them after such an event. I do not recommend this used car dealership to anyone.

I called in today and was able to work with DANY. He was a great sales man and made the whole transaction very smooth. I recommend you ask for him! We were able to work together and make sure my credit union received all paper work required. What I did find funny and also caused me to want to write a review even more, ( I was planning to due so regardless ) was the review placed by the same people who were in the office when I was purchasing my Nissan Maxima. They have placed a false review and lied about how they were treated. They also worked with Dany but did not mention his name because they were turned over to the finance manager based on the way they were coming at Dany. He was very professional. He was the rude one and acted like he was going to just walk in and tell the sales man how to do his job. Complete disrespect in my opinion because the whole staff was GREAT and VERY PROFESSIONAL even in the way they handled that customer. They wanted a ridiculous discount and werent happy when the dealer could not give such a discount. Their prices are already very competitive if you ask me, I did my research. I highly recommend this dealer ship and would definitely tell others about them. I am a very satisfied customer and would give 10 STARS if I could. Thank you so much once again DANY and the whole Southern Auto Imports Staff!

Great staff. Bought a used off-lease Nissan from them almost 4 years ago and still have it (although it has had some Nissan recall related issues, it is not the dealers fault). Great price from auto-trader but they listed the same car on their own website for $1k more. Anyway, price was not really negotiable. But they get the cars off lease and sell it right away before the carfax gets updated (they give you a free carfax report, though). All their stuff seems priced to move. They are *very* flexible with the test drive. They gave us the key and we could drive it all we wanted and take it to as many mechanics as we wanted on our own. We took it for a drive and then to a mechanic for as thorough an inspection as we could afford. Gave the mechanic report to our sales guy and he lowered the price a very little bit because half the panels on the car had been changed due to fender benders although the carfax said that it had not been in any collisions. The mechanic said the car was mechanically sound so fair enough given the price. Overall, would buy from them again and would recommend them as long as you are going there to get a fast, fair deal on a decent used car and not expect a lounge with wifi in the sales office.

My experience at SAI was great! I had been to several car dealers only to find-out the cars I went to see were no longer there, (bait and switch?). The sales rep Danny lined-up several cars that I was interested in and let me drive them all. Then he told me he had a car that had just come in that was a better deal and only $500 more than the cars I was looking at. The car was similar to the ones I was looking at but had many more options including leather seats. After driving the car I agreed with him. The car needed to be detailed so while my wife and I went to lunch and did some shopping they spent 3 hours making it spotless. I also had some special financial arrangements that I wanted to make that required 5 days to complete. They worked with me and actually saved me 4.8% in fees, which made up for the extra cost on the car, while letting me take it home that day. I will go there first the next time Im buying a used car.

Went to buy a specific car from this lot. Danny the salesman was the rudest salesperson I have ever met. He said the price was negotiable on the vehicle, the car was priced $15,900. We offered him $15,500. Danny said there was no way they were taking over a thousand dollars off the price. Come to find out the price for the vehicles is not the price they add about a thousand or so dollars in fees but dont tell you that till you get to the lot. He would not let us ask questions or say anything, he would overtalk any questions or anything. Also, unless you have a lot of time need not go by to look at a vehicle. They have the vehicles parked so close together you cant even see them till they pull them up and you can forget about test driving one because they would have to move all kinds of vehicles to get one out to test drive. They have them sitting so close together they have the mirrors of the vehicles folded in.

Great experience, pleasant and smooth transaction! I had a great experience purchasing a 2013 Lexus ES 350 from Erik at Southern Auto Imports. The price was fair and I feel that I got a good deal overall. Erik promptly replied to my phone calls and texts. Since I do not live in the area, I was allowed to reserve the car for a week with a $500 deposit. I flew into Atlanta, caught a cab to Stone Mountain area and stayed at the hotel. They picked me up the next morning and carried me to the dealership. The car was exactly as it appeared in the pictures - in excellent condition. I also appreciated the opportunity to view the Car Fax free of charge. The car came with two sets of keys and a drivers manual. Erik and his manager made the entire process very easy and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely purchase another vehicle from Erik in the future.
