I bought a black 2009 BMW 135i on Dec. 3rd, 2016. The car looked great! He told us there was a little idling problem, but nothing to worry about. He told us his mechanic who is apparently very good with BMWs and thats all he works on tried everything to fix it. We thought it was no big problem so we bought the car. A couple days later I take it to a shop and come to find out that there is a mechanical issue in the engine and a few parts of the car missing. Before we (my mom, Dad, and I) bought the car we asked if the engine was fine because if it isnt then well just stop here and leave. He told us the engine was in perfect condition. Thats obviously not true at all. He took advantage of my mom who is pregnant, my dad who has traumatic brain trama, and me who is 18. We are now looking to possibly having to get a new engine. Buy at your own risk. Dont recommend buying from this place, but if you do and you get screwed over like I did then remember I told you first.

Import Auto Sales was the most unethical experience Ive had with a car dealership to date. HR Zarrineth and Amin Zarrineth sold me a Volvo S40 and advertised it as being in excellent condition. However, from the moment I drove it off the lot, it needed numerous, expensive repairs. Within less than a month of purchase, the car needed a $2,000 catalytic converter replacement. Two months later, the car needed a $650 service to repair an oil leak. Three months later...Volvo in Franklin, Tn quoted me $2,800 to repair a bad axle. That was the final straw. If a car needs over $5,000 worth of work within the first 6 months of purchase, Id say thats a lemon. To add injury to insult, the Acura TL I traded in for the Volvo was thoroughly maintained with service records. HR Zarrineth claimed to not know the car was a lemon before he sold it to me. I dont buy that for a second. These guys gives car salesmen a bad name.

Right from the start I was impressed with the lot and the cars that were for sale there. The cars all looked great and the prices were fair. I needed a small car with high mpg - there was a good selection to choose from. The owner was very friendly and patient as I test drove several cars. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I decided on a 2008 Honda Civic hybrid. I was getting ready to make a drive to CA and wanted to be sure the car was ready to go. I was assured everything was ready to go. 3 months and over 10,000 miles later, I have had no issues with the car. I will definitely go back to Import Auto Sales the next time I need another car.

During the past several weeks we had been actively looking in multiple markets (Chattanooga, Nashville, Atlanta and Knoxville) for a used BMW 3 Series. Yesterday we found the spot... and subsequently we bought a beautiful, ultra clean 2013 328i from H.R. and his staff. They all were so pleasant and easy to deal with - no Atlanta style high pressure sales tactics here - they just wanted to sell us a car that met our needs and they did just that...truly a GREAT, relaxed auto shopping experience ! We highly recommend them to anyone whos in the market for a quality used vehicle. Tell them the Chattanooga Millers sent you !

Just took delivery of my 2012 Subaru Forrester from HR at Import Auto sales! What a great experience! Having worked at car dealerships in the past, I was a bit apprehensive. This place sucks. They sell fraud cars. I came in and bought a car last week and I specifically asked the owner if the engine has any problems. He told me the engine was perfect and came to find out after 1 day of driving that the engine has a mechanical issue that could cost me over 6k. Please!!!!! Do not go to this place for cars because they are fraud and cost you lots of money to fix when he says the car is perfect.

This establishment gave my daughter a sales agreement for a car on Saturday. The bank was closed on Saturday. She went first thing Monday morning to get a check for the car. The car was sold. The credit union she went thru was shocked, they said theyd never heard of this happening. Buyer beware!
