I drove all the way from Ft. Benning to look at a truck these guys had that met the criteria I wanted. When I arrived I was met by Phil the service manager who asked me who I had talked to. I had spoke with Llyod earlier on the phone to make sure the truck was still for sale because I did not want to drive 2 hours for nothing. Lloyd was busy helping two other customers but still took time to come shake my hand, and give me the keys to the truck to test-drive. He told me to take it out, test everything and come back when I wanted. How refreshing, there is nothing I hate more than to have some used car salesman ride with me while I am test-driving a vehicle yapping my ear off the entire time about how good a deal this vehicle is. Being the gearhead that I am as well as a mechanic prior to joining the Army I like to have some "alone" time to check everything out on the vehicle without a salesman breathing down my neck. I was gone about an hour on the test-drive and when I came back I was met again by Lloyd (who still had 2 customers) as well as Joe Bryant the general sales manager. I was thinking "Oh boy here we go with the high-pressure sales tactics" but was pleasantly surprised when Lloyd asked me what I thought, and what did I want to be the next step. None of this "Alright big man you ready to make this baby yours" B.S. I told him I had a trade-in I wanted to see how much they would offer me, and if they offered the right amount I was ready to deal. At this time Lloyd passed me off to Joe who would take care of me in care of Lloyd. Joe is not what you think of when you think "used-car dealer" He is a young, fit guy who looks like he should be out playing pro-golf instead of selling used cars. But, to each his own. When I took Joe to my truck I could tell he was impressed with how good of condition it was in, as well as the amount of sex appeal it would bring to his car lot (it was a 2004 Z71 with an 8 inch lift, and 35 tires). Instead of playing the high-ball/low ball game, Joe flat asked me how much I wanted, I of course gave him a number I thought was good, but a little higher than I was willing to take. He looked up the KBB, told me they said it was worth "X" amount, but I came prepared and showed him the Black Book Value based off the condition of the truck. We drove it around, he checked everything out. Once he was satisfied we went to his office to "negotiate" I use the term loosely because I told him if he gave me what I asked for on the trade-in value, I would pay his asking price for the truck which was listed only $1500 above trade-in. He said deal, and we did the paperwork. All said and done it took me under 3 hours from start to finish and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Sammy the receptionist has also bent-over backward to get me my vehicle registration info sent to the tag-office here in Alabama ASAP as I have a "time-sensitive" case. I would recommend anyone looking to get a fair deal on a quality used-car, as well as a fair price for their trade-in to give these guys a shot. In a time when its hard to find decent customer service, it is refreshing to know their are businesses out there that still value, and demonstrate it. James Culak

I have delt with this dealer since my car was new. Though I wasnt aware of the change to a used car super store from a Lincoln Mercury dealership at the time of my last service. When I went in for my last service the same friendly staff met me and the service was just as good as when it was a new car dealership. I will continue to use them because of the friendly quality service.
