Shoppers should carefully check the weight of the ROTISSERIE CHICKENS they are thinking of buying. We purchased one in a hurry yesterday, and I was extremely unhappy to find when we got home that it weighed 17 oz...yep, one lb and I oz, for $6.99...which is $6.58 a lb...a chicken so young as to be flavorless........There were other problems as well, but I want to emphasize that the people I deal with there are friendly and helpful; the store is generally clean and the fresh foods seem safe; overall I am happy to do my grocery shopping there regularly.

YOUR WEBPAGE SUCKS ...... I HAVE SPENT 20 mins TRYING TO ENTER MY ZIP CODE TO GET TO THE EXETER STORE ..... IT AUTOMATICALLY TAKES ME TO STOCKTON ..... AND WONT LET ME CHANGE TO THE CORRECT LOCATION. I GOOGLED EXETER SAVE MART IN THE FIRST PLACE ..... BUT ALL I GET IS STOCKTON AND IT LOCKS ME IN ON THAT PAGE SO I HAVE TO EXIT THE PROGRAM TO GET BACK TO HOME. ILL JUST SHOP ELSEWHERE

A bit pricey so I just try to stock up during good sales. The employees are knowledgeable & friendly. I give them 5 stars but the prices can be ridiculous. I prefer Save Mart over the other store in town but my Hubby wont shop here because of the prices. He doesnt follow the sales and such. I take a trip to Visalia every wk or 2 to get most things we need.

I remember when the only Supermarkets in Exeter were R-N market and Nickels Payless. This store is in dire need of a revamp. Most of the residents of Exeter have to go to Visalia for a decent supermarket.

This grocery reminds me of stores from back in the 70s pricey and not a big selection, but not many choices in town. The staff has always been great, helpful if I had questions.
