Calling the phone store is almost impossible. They have a push to get lost automatic phone answering system that ensures you will never talk to anyone. This system is so bad that I would not use it unless I had to. Once you finally do get to speak to someone they have no power to do anything or make any decision about anything. All they can do is tell you that it is a shame you are having so many problems with your phone, very polite, no fix, push more buttons. I spent over an hour on the phone and now I have to go thru email, and fax all types of information to these people they already have. Do you think my problem will ever be resolved ? I doubt it. Have they destroyed any hope of a happy customer ? Yes. Do they care ? Not one bit. Business as usual. Absolutely horrible.

I agree they do indeed suck! I went there to upgrade my phone. The young guy did not show me the details he just said sign his ipad. I told him I would like to see what all changes were made to my account. He did not know how to print the info out. I told him I would have to come back because it was my lunch break. My phone was disconnected for two days before I could get the corporate office to put everything back including the two year upgrade he signed me up for that I did not even sign for. Terrible experience. Even with a free upgrade fee I never went back.

Screw att boost mobile has unlimited 4g data... NO THROTTLING after 6 gb... for $65 and just try contacting att online... all you get is the run around.... try contacting att to leave a little feedback not going to happen... what a joke of a company... greedy p.o.s. if you are on atts network inhave some prime real estate in colorado i can sell you... on a mountaintop 10 ft from the Indian ocean... its the best of both world just send me $50k to my paypal account bahahahahaha
