Odd. When I went it was because Straight Talk sold me my 4th trash phone in a row, then erased my phone from the system trying to fix it. So, Id JUST moved here and was barely scraping by financially. My grandfather back home in Virginia sent me to Verizon, as hes used them for YEARS. Like, "Reagan" years! The people in this store tell me that one person cannot buy a phone for another without being there in person. I asked, then how does one order over the phone? Or online? So no luck. I went home and called the 1-800 number. 30 minutes later, wed bought a phone. That easy! In fact, it was at my house within 12 hours. The problem? It didnt work. Spent 10 hours with Support, drove to 24-Your Wal-Mart for the $3 SIM CARD they said I needed. It was really $55. THEN, STILL didnt work. Finally, head honcho comes on the line and informs me that their rep had given me wrong info for porting my old number with me. The phone was dead and would never work unless Id 1.) Forgot about anything Id paid for thus far 2.) Repurchase everything over again, and 3.) No switch discount this time, or any other. I told him id just spent my last dollar on that SIM card. He laughed., and told me he couldnt do a thing. No refunds, no appologies, no management to speak too, not even a kiss after having their way with me. There you are folks....shows what these ratings are worth. Ima use a can and a string from now on

I have been to the location on Aiport and Schilliners and the one on the Belt Line, every time has been a long waite to a disapointment of being treated like a number. I first started coming to the Cottage hill and Hillcrest location 3 years ago and have had nothing but great experiences. There is rarely a waite and I feel like Im treated like family. They actually put their number in my phone, and answer when I call. I feel like they truly care. That kind of personal service keeps me coming back. This store has my vote for best in Mobile.

I went to Verizon to learn about my options for getting a new phone, starting my own wireless plan and setting up a new line. I had a wonderful experience with both of the Verizon Representatives at the store and would highly recommend visiting this location for all of your Verizon needs. The service was great! Our salesman was extremely helpful and cheerful. He had absolutely no problem helping us right before he got off. I just got a new iPhone and explained the policies very well! Im also glad that if I dont like this phone I can bring it back within 14 days this is my first iPhone so Im a little skeptical! Again service was great! Thanks Verizon!

Horrible customer service! 2 young ladies that will not lift a finger if you are not spending $$$$. 1 guy that is tech savvy he is very nice. Dont go to this location. Not a corporate store! Only an authorized agent of Verizon! Stay away!
