The service in this store was terrible! I spent an hour there with 2 kids under 3. I went to exchange my phone. Which after an hour into doing the switch over, I said give me back my old phone Im done. They treated me so rudely and made it more uncomfortable to be there then it already was with 2 little ones. I eventually got a hold of someone on the phone who can ship me a replacement phone so I can switch over my stuff on my own. Seriously worse service Ive ever received in a phone store. (It was early in the day and the store was dead, there was no excuse to be treated so poorly)

Apparently Im invisible. Dropped by to purchase an iPhone for my son. Three employees present. Two were chatting with people (one apparently post-sale, the other just a friend or acquaintance), the third looked around briefly, then went into the back of the store. I was never acknowledged by any of the staff. After about a half hour of waiting--not browsing, literally standing there and waiting to purchase--I walked out. The Apple Store got the sale.

Its safe to say I will never be going to that store again there was a short woman in her mid-30s extremely rude I asked for a clear case and she said you dont want that thats what all the Gurleys use Then she proceeded to sell me or try to sell me unlimited plan and told me my speed was slowing down as it stands now. She was basically lying to me to try to get me to upgrade for more money I will never go in that store again

Ive needed someone to help me merge my business and personal lines. Joe from Lake Zurichs T-Mobile store went out if his way and help me. Not even that thanks to Joes help Im going to save around $60 every month. Thx Joe, I really appreciate your help. Bobby

P people work at the store is not their fault but the customer service sucks the signal sucks I want to know what recommend everyone is never sign up there 2 year contract with T Mobile go with the other carrier cuz there? Your service sucks

A bit of a mixed bag. Some of the employees are very knowledgeable and others dont have a clue. All the employees are friendly and eager to help, but some just arent capable of doing much beyond looking up the answer.

A simple return under customer remorse policy took more than 2 months , 3 visits to the store, and 5 calls to corporate to complete...... BAD, BAD, BAD EXPERIENCE

Very helpful staff, however after an hour of trying they were still unable to find or set up a plan that was advertised on tmobiles own website. Waste of time.
