My husband brought his iPhone 6 in yesterday to get the screen replaced. While they did fix the screen, we later found out, the ear piece doesnt work, when I tried calling him he couldnt hear me, the front camera doesnt work, and the auto brightness doesnt work. All of this worked, prior to bringing them the phone. Very dissatisfied, once my husband gets another day off, we will be bringing it back. Immediately. Brought it back the second time, they didnt have any white screens so they replaced the screen he had to try and fix the camera and other issues with a black screen. This screen never fit properly and kept popping out of the casing of the gold iPhone 6. Still no working camera. Brought it back the 3rd time. The black screen had been cracked. Due to the poor fit. Still no working camera. After having it at their shop for 6 hours and told it was one we go to pick it up and they hadnt even replaced the screen. Only the home button. Was then told that they overnighted the white screen and would be on the next day. Brought it back the 4th time to get the white screen on. Someone picked it up from my husbands work because of our dissatisfaction. We were asked to pay, again for a new screen. Which we did so now a total of $200 is invested in screens and we are leaving with a broken front camera, still. Replaced the screen, and when we got home from the 20 min drive, the screen has now gone blank. Still an ill fit. Today, will be 5th time visiting this establishment.

This is totally a praise report... so I went into batteries plus bulbs with questions regarding a battery for my my mom old FLIP PHONE... I was so exhausted from searching high and low for something that is older then Elvis well Tiffany was a god send. Even though I didnt make a purchase she was very professional and very patient through my irritations and attitude. Before I left she got a smile out of me and made lemonade from the lemons I was served that day! Thank you so much Tiffany. Yall need more like her in your company, you defiantly gained a long term customer.

Just want to take a minute and talk about experience Batteries Plus. You know in these days good service is hard to find but when I walked in the door Tiffany assist me all my questions also recommended different options. Insured me that Batteries Plus stand behind their work. I was very convinced and I felt comfortable leaving my phone to be fixed. I came back a couple days later to pick up my phone Tiffany took the time to explain to me what was wrong and let me know what they had replace. Thanks and I will be back if I ever need a phone fixed

The place I had been getting my watch battery replaced closed down, so I took my stainless steel diving watch in to see if they could change it for me. However, the associate inspected it and said he did not have the right tools to change the battery. After hearing that the Wal-Mart jewelry department also replaces batteries, I took it there. To my surprise, they popped the back right off and used a small flat-head screwdriver to change the battery. Im at a loss to understand why Batteries Plus could not do the same thing!
