I have the LG boot loop on my LG V 10. A well known issue. so I headed to this location to find out my options about what to do. It was about an hour before closing time, and when I got there all the employees were sitting around a table chatting. One of them got up to "help" me. I explained my situation about the phone and some of the things I had tried. He told me that there was nothing he could do to help me. He never asked my name or account, didnt look anything up on his fancy tablet he was carrying around, nothing. What a waste of time. I also couldnt help but notice that he went right back to sitting on his ass with the rest of the 5 employees. Why do these people work at the job if they dont give a damn. Makes you wonder who hired these incompetent imbicels. Thanks AT&T, as usual you make it easy to spend my money but when the products you sell fail it near impossible to get help.

You walk into the store and the sales staff are standing around like vultures sitting on a fence ready to pounce. They sold me, "a wonderful Note Book that will ......." I foolishly believed what they were saying. Soon afterwards I lost the stylus and needed to purchase a new one. What I had, had been discontinued some time ago. Thanks ATT for selling me your old inventory. At Sprint they offered me the current Note Book for $10.00 (ten dollars) if I would sign up for a two year contract, the same amount of time at ATT. Their (ATT) Note Book cost me about $600.00.

In one word terrible.! Been a long time customer and the initial purchase didnt go so well and it only got worse from there . Returned to the location on several occasions only to get no direct answers about anything, even the mistakes the employee(s) made . Its unbeleivable that no one, including managers, were able to help even with a rep on the phone . Many problems errupted from a Sept visit and this "corporate" store and employees that work in it are directly responsible.

There is nobody at this store that was laid off from NASA. I returned a watch to the store and they messed up the return. I got charged contract cancel fees etc. Watch was returned two days after purchase, well within the 14 day window. Manager was useless. ANY issue with ATT, dont call anyone but the cancellation people. No one else has any power to provide any customer service.

Ive consistently received excellent in-store customer service from competent individuals at this location. However, dont bother calling this location. They dont answer the phone for whatever reason. Theyre probably just busy you say ??? Nah, they have a boatload of associates working here. They just dont want to bother with the phone. Cant blame them I guess.

We went in with a phone related issue and needed to work with apple. The sales associate drew had a terrible attitude and wasnt interested in helping at all. Terrible customer service for an account with multiple phones one business plan. Will do everything to not shop here again.

It feels like this place is overstaffed when you first walk in due to the high volume of employees versus customers, but thats not a complaint. The staff here are very helpful and efficient.
