The worst custumer service. They replaced the screen on my phone and as soon as I left the store, I noticed that the bottom of my screen wasnt working. I turned back right away and they closed the store. Later on, that same day, I noticed that the screen cracked on the top without dropping it or any other reason. I called the store next day they told me that the owner is not going to be there. I left a note for him. Then I went in the store when he was there and told him what was going on. He refused to replace the cracked screen and he keep saying its not his fault. So, who is at fault? He is the one who installed the screen improperly. I told him I want a refund, and he didnt even want me to have the cracked screen he took my phone and put a broken screen on it that you cant even use your phone! So this was worse than my cracked screen! I hardly conviced him to put a screen that actually works! After that he had an attitude with me and he was rude! Now the screen they put is worse than mine and it has line on it. I wouldnt go there or at any of their places since they dont know how to keep their customers.

Excellent customer service To start they werent my first stop, I had stopped by two neighboring competitors in hopes to reviving my spouses iphone 6+ It died while charging and never restarted, after a brief explanation the two prior competitors attempted to get it fixed but couldnt even turn it on, Illinois cell phone repair (ICPR) through the same process also attempted it and they got the phone to power on but it wouldnt reboot. they informed me the repair could be one of many things but if I was willing to wait 30 minutes I can get an accurate quote and time frame. Well the phone sadly cant be repaired the same day there is hope that it can be revived within a reasonable amount given they take it in for a few days and Ill will be notified if its useable or not. Whatever the outcome will be I am extremely satisfied in their customer service and knowledge, while others turn you down, ICPR gives you hope. I will be returning for future services.

I cant say enough about these guys, they have saved me lots of money over the years. Years ago they saved my life by fixing my phone that I had dropped in water and my phone just stopped turning on. I was thinking I lost all of my photos and numbers but these guys got it to power on and all of my important info was saved. These guys know what they are doing , between my employees and kids something is always broken. From phones and iPads, I only trust these guys with all the repairs. They are always very upfront and honest with everything and prices are very reasonable. I dont have to worry about leaving my phone for days. They get it done while I wait or get coffee from my favorite coffee house next door. I been wanting to leave a review from a long time and finally I made time to write something. Thank you guys for another great repair. Fidel and Jesse are always very helpful. If you want great honest service this the place where you should go!

I will recommend this place to everyone I know and meet. I took my phone to another repair shop only to receive the worst service imaginable. The previous shop told me my phone would take one week to repair only to keep my phone for two weeks and give it back to me still broken! I came to this location in hopes they could work some magic on my phone. Not only did they fix my phone in less than 1 hour but they also showed me how the other shop messed up!!! I was missing the front facing camera, a plastic piece to keep my phone from over heating was missing, AND the camera flash! The service was amazing. They took the time to teach me about my phone. They were so helpful and I felt assured after leaving. I thank them for fixing my phone screen and solving all the other problems it had. THANK YOU!!! And if you need a reliable, trusted phone repair shop, you NEED to use this location.

Amazing, great people and excellent, fast service ! Very friendly staff, so the Owner - Jesse was very accommodating and helpful. I had few phones and an I-Pad screens replaced there, this and last year. Jesse has been working with me each and every time and was super nice and very Customer Service orientated. It took him only 20 minute to replace a cracked screen on my Samsung S4 and it took him less then an hour to replace a screen on my I-Pad. They have the best prices around and the repair time is usually less than 1 hour. What is important for you they keep all the parts in stock, so regardless of your service provider they will have a right screen for your phone or tablet. This is my forth visit to this store over the years, since iphone 3g came out. Reason i keep coming back is because these guys are so honest and professional. Well this time I came in thinking I broke my screen. Jesse took the iphone back to fix it came back minute later and told me I had just broken the tamperglass that they had sold me last time. He put another one on for me for just $20! Now I know if I would have gone anywhere else they could have sold me another screen for hundreds of dollars because thats what I was thinking I broke. Its hard to find places like these. If you want to get your phone fixed right with a good honest price you need to visit Illinois cell phone repair.

I had a great experience! I broke the LCD screen on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5. I was leaving out of town for holidays. I called all over the place for reasonable price and fast repair, most of the places didnt have the screen in stock, price was too high or I had to leave the phone for few days. I called Illinois Cell Phone Repair they had the new screen in stock and they can replace the screen in an hour. I brought in my phone and waited for it, I had my phone back in less than an hour, it looks and works like brand new phone. Im glad I dont have to be without my phone on vacation. The cost was extremely reasonable and the service was super fast. Satisfied customer!

These guys came highly recommended from AT&T store. My Nexus 5 was plagued with the power button defect that was becoming more and more apparent as this device ages. The phone would randomly turn off, sometimes it would act as if the power button had been pressed showing the turn off screen and other related issues before it finally quit for good. They were able to diagnosed the problem, it was the power button. This repair involved removing the old power button and soldering new one. The phone is works perfect again. The information on the phone was really important to me. I am extremely happy. Thank you! Highly recommended.
