I went in there on March 14th, 2016 with my mother to help her upgrade her phone to an iphone 6s. After waiting 25 minutes for a sales associate to become available (not even exaggerated), we were paired with "Isaiah". First 15 minutes were spent with Isaiah trying to get us to purchase additional things (iphone PLUS tablet for $___ upfront and for $___ a month... later switched to iphone plus $100 free accessories for $___ a month).We did the math and decided that it was NOT worth it. This was totally fine with us, typical sales pitch... its his job. Whatever, you know? On two separate occasions he walked away from his register with us to help another customer. This was also understandable in our view because he was gone for only 3-5 minutes at a time. I asked for a breakdown of what it would cost for JUST THE IPHONE 6 PLUS for one month, no additional tablets or "free accessories" (you actually end up paying an additional $48 a year if you go with their sales pitch of free accessories but that is a different story). He gave us a printed out sheet that said we needed to pay $75 upfront and $34.-- a month. Great. We were fine with it. 5 minutes passes by and Isaiah asks whether we will be paying the $65 upfront with cash or credit. I looked at the printed out sheet he gave me 5 minutes prior, where it clearly says $75 is to be paid upfront, and simply asked him - very calmly! - why it was reduced to $65. He was EXTREMELY rude in his tone and literally said "Well I gave you a discount! If you want want the discount you dont have to take it!" Uhm. Excuse me? I point-blank asked him if he was purposely using an attitude on me. He replied that he was not. I replied by saying I was asking a simple question, that I had EVERY RIGHT TO DO SO, and that I just wanted the reduced charge explained in a normal way. I was asking a normal question and just wanted a normal answer, no need for any kind fluffed up passive aggressive replies. He clammed up pretty quickly after that. I continued on by saying I cannot believe that he actually just replied to my mother, who has been a customer for 18 YEARS! and I like that. He did not say anything more to us at this point. We paid the $65 upfront, as requested by Isaiah. 10 minutes later... Isaiah says - LOW AND BEHOLD! - he made a mistake and that it turns out that it actually was $75 upfront. He had charged the account with an iphone 6s, which came out to $65 upfront, instead of an iphone 6s plus, and he asked us for an additional 10 dollars. We then had to wait another 15 minutes for him to REVERSE the mistake charge he made and place yet another new phone on the account. ALL OF THIS - all of this! - could have been avoided if he had just taken TWO MINUTES to look at why the charge dipped from $75 upfront to $65 upfront when I calmly asked him why... if he had just done his job and TAKEN A LOOK instead of replying with a curt attitude saying he "gave us a discount" then this could have all been avoided. I myself have Verizon Wireless and can attest that I have NEVER been treated like this at Verizon. I am always treated with respect there and have all my questions answered, even if the representative secretly thinks they are stupid... as Isaiah apparently did. My son is on team mobile, however, as he shares a plan with his father... and tomorrow morning (3.15) I am removing my husband and him from team mobile and switching both of them over to Verizon on account of Isaiahs - a team mobile representative in Golf Road in Schaumburg - behavior. Zero stars.

I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS T-MOBILE STORE SORRY THE "JUNK T-MOBILE STORE" AGAIN. MY PHONE WASNT WORKING PROPERLY SO I WENT THERE AND THE GUY TOLD ME THAT T-MOBILE WILL SEND ME EMPTY BOX SO SHIP YOUR OLD PHONE AND THEY WILL SEND YOU NEW ONE. I WAITED ALMOST 10 DAYS AND NEVER RECEIVE ANY BOX SO I WENT BACK AGAIN TO THIS PLACE AND ANOTHER LADY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO SHIP MY PHONE TO T-MOBILE MYSELF AND ONCE THEY RECEIVE THEY WILL SEND THE NEW ONE, SHE ALSO TOLD ME THAT WHEN I SEND MY PHONE MAKE SURE TO REMOVE SIM CARD AND BATTERY AND USE TRACKING SHIPMENT. THEN I SEND MY PONE TO T-MOBILE AS I WAS TOLD. I DID RECEIVE NEW PHONE FROM T-MOBILE AND GUESS WHAT ??? NO BACK COVER. CALLED RIGHT BACK TO T-MOBILE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I ALSO HAVE TO REMOVE BACK COVER TOO BEFORE SENDING OLD PHONE. I SAID I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT THIS AND NO BODY (THIS JUNK T-MOBILE STORE EMPLOYEE) MENTION THAT TO ME SO HOW DO I KNOW. SO I ASKED T-MOBILE WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW WITHOUT BACK COVER AND GUESS WHAT THEY SAY " YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE BACK COVER YOUR OWN". I ALSO CALLED THIS JUNK T-MOBILE STORE AND THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND ADVICE ME TO PURCHASE MY OWN COVER. SUCKS .... THIS T-MOBILE STORE LOCATED IN 626 East Golf Road Schaumburg, IL 60173 WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE AND ADVICE ALL THE PEOPLE OUT THERE. THANKS FOR READING THIS.

If you are a Tmobile customer and you think by going to Tmobile store you will get the best prices you got it all wrong. HTC Sensation at this store is $ 199.00 with 2 year contract. Walmart -$ 49.00(same phone, same contract). Target and Radio Shack-$ 99.00. These tmobile guys will spend half an hour trying to talk you into buying phone insurance but will "forget" to mention there is a $ 150 deductible. No clearly marked prices on accessories. When asked about phone case price, the guy looked at it, said $ 20, then said $ 10.00. Car salesman practices at their best. Stay away from this place.

I was a bit apprehensive after reading the prior poor reviews but this place was the nearest location for what I wanted - t-mobiles pay-as-you-go $30 per month voice with unlimited data and messaging. My unlocked galaxy nexus did not have a sim card but they threw one in for free with the plan. I found the experience to be quite pleasant and the service exceptional. I was in and out (including the initial setup and transfer of my previous cell number in under 20 minutes. I wont hesitate to use them again if and when I need any additional t-mobile products or services.

My phone was not receiving any SMS messages, only iMessages. I went in to this store and it was PACKED with customers. Though I did have to wait, the staff and the manager Thomas were very kind and apologetic for the wait. Truly its not their fault that there were so many people. They fixed my problem as soon as they could and my phone works great now! I am very thankful! I do wish there were more places to sit, especially if the wait was going to be long. Highly recommend this T-Mobile, they actually know what they are doing here.

This place is run by people that dont know a thing about managing a retail store effective. they have 3 people signing customers on to a list to wait for a sales rep to talk to the customer. Its more time spent running around micromanaging that actual customer service. There must not be an actual general manager in this store. Employees having long conversations with customers about other things instead of the mobile services, increasing wait time for customers. Waited over 35 min for a simple upgrade. Worst run store in Schaumburg
