I went into this CricKet store and received the absolute BEST SERVICE I have ever had since becoming a Cricket customer. I had the pleasure of meeting and being serviced by Carlos G. When I tell you this young man epitomizes customer service at its best, I seriously mean it! I spent a few hours in the store (being indecisive) and not really knowing what I wanted. Carlos was EXTREMELY PATIENT and understanding and was very helpful in educating me on the options available for the phone I was choosing. He turned on the air, when I got hot, brought me ice water, and even provided me with a store that replaces cracked screens! He was polite, personable and very professional. As a customer, I am HUGE on customer service and Carlos went above and beyond in making me feel valued. Carlos YOU ARE THE REAL MVP! I APPRECIATE ALL that you did to ensure I was happy with my phone! (and phone supplies) This is definitely where Ill be shopping for my CricKet purchases from now on! Kudos Carlos! You were and are truly the measurement by which GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE should be given.

5/16/16: After a horrible experience at a Cricket in Streamwood I tried to get help here... JANET was absolutely phantasmic: helpful, resourceful and very smart in eliciting information about our phone (we lost its phone nbr) saving not only the day but our future with a cell phone. Also the table with discounted items was very smart, I found another item that will be useful. I told her I could not stand a long time because of bad problems and she got a chair for me while waiting!d At the other one they tad me they dont answer the phone if a customer is in the store, who would want to deal with them.... THANKS for such a well-organized place and a knowledgeable customer service person!

I stopped in at this Cricket yesterday for some help. Marcos was able to solve part of my problem. Google will now talk to me. The second part of my problem still remains, the GPS doesnt speak. This could not be tested standing in the store. I will have to go back which is not a problem. I am always treated like a customer should be. So glad I found Cricket.

Awesome experience had to do a warranty claim and they explained everything in detail... also I wasnt rushed they took there time I would highly recommend going and asking for Michael or Carlos they were awesome!!!
