I went to this store because i needed a 3rd device added to my accout and had purchased my 2 previous phones here, both galaxy 7s ... spent well over $1000, showed up on a Saturday and waited an hour for the store to open because the kid that worked that day showed up late, explained that i wanted to purchase a 3rd phone, but the price he gave me was $100 more than advertised on Verizon website, so i ordered through site, than brought purchased phone back to get activated and much to my dismay same kid from previous visit showed up late AGAIN and told me he couldnt help me since i didnt buy at that store! For 3 years Ive gone to this store and have always had a great experience, very close to my house and convenient and they were always willing to assist me, so i drove to another store to have new phone activated and was greeted with a smile and they were more than happy to assist me. Verizon is great but dont waste your time or money at this store, you may have luck with other employees but the saturday morning guy in his early 20s wont help you.

Peter was the best person I have ever talked to in a phone store. My phone was broken and he went out of his way to attempt to fix it, and when that did not work, he went through every single option that I had. I definitely recommend this store over other Verizon stores in the area because he actually treated me as a loyal customer, even though it was my first time in there. Absolutely will be going back with any other Verizon or Xfinity related business that I have.

Stopped in after a little rain got on my phone and looked like it could have become bricked. The guy in the store very carefully assessed the situation and got my phone working again when he could have probably just tried to convince me I had to buy a new one. Well, that very professional and kind attitude will have me heading back there for my upgrade very soon.
