i saw negative comments on yelp so i was hesitant about the service here but everything turned out great. I had to go in to get a new sim card (switch from regular to the mini) since I recently got the nexus 4. We came in and were helped right away. The whole thing took about 3 minutes. I even forgot the tool to open the sim card slot but he had one and we tested to see if the card worked. while i was working on that he noticed that we were still on the old plan. he told us we could change it so that the whole family could have data and the cost would be virtually the same. he didnt have to do that. so after 7 minutes we came out with a new sim card with a working nexus 4 and a new family plan that gave the whole family data to use. great service and the manager helped us out when he didnt have to.. he earned my 5 stars.

I almost didnt go to this location because of some bad reviews I had seen. I decided I would give it a try because it was close. I am glad I did because the staff especially Diana went out of their way to make sure I was helped. It was obvious that there was a lack of training from corporate for Diana on how to resolve my issue. But that was no problem for her she kept trying to resolve and eventually came up with a solution! Would recommend this store over any other Ive been to!

Staff need better training. I wanted to jump my gear 3 watch. First I was told there was none in stock. Then they looked and found one after a while. They I was told I cant jump on wearables. I argued over 45 minutes with him as the website and terms and conditions said I can. Even the customer service on the phone said I could. Eventually I asked for him to try and of course the system allowed it. Would never go back to this shop.

Great service! Staff is honest and helpful unlike other cell phone store i visited in the past. Im so happy I switched my whole family to T-Mobile from Verizon. Saving $200 month and dont find any different in service and even better customer service. Thank You.

I wish I could give more than five stars because the service was amazing. I went in thinking I needed to buy a new SD card so my husbands new phone could be activated. All they did was put in a different adapter. No charge.
