Salesman and manager told me the same things I learned about different brands of mattresses on the Internet. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Proof to me that they were not trying to pull the wool over my eyes like other mattress sales operations I visited. Refreshing. Manager and sales person even delivered the mattress after the store closed the same day we purchased. Unbelievable. After three nights sleeping on the mattress, this is the first time in 15 years that I have awakened in the morning with no backache. I know it is early in our ownership, but both my wife and I are super pleased. I will write another review after six months and share our experiences with our purchase.

Worst customer service I have ever had anywhere EVER. I walked in, I was greeted, I said hello Id like to see the cheapest twin mattress set. He paused and asked if Ive looked online and shopped around. I said do you want me to shop here or not? I said Ive looked online and wanted to see what some local shops might have, do you want me to shop here or leave? He then said maybe you should leave, and proceeded to sit in his chair! So after a quick glance around I left. He never left the desk area or tried to take me to a twin set or show me prices, or explain ANYTHING! In fact from the get go he told me not to shop there. Wont be back, and Ill probably call on him.

I have purchased a Legacy mattress 3 years ago and I am so happy how much support I continue to get. Lebeda Factory produces well built products that lasts for years. My pressure point pain went away immediately in my shoulder after a night on the mattress. The customer service was impeccable. The manager tried to save as much money for me as possible by delivering the mattress personally for free. I am so grateful to have a place in Ames I can depend on.

Such a good experience today at Lebeda! My sister Jeni was in need of a new mattress for her apartment and received amazing customer service. Laman Alvarez helped her pick out which mattress was the most comfortable for her, and he had lots of knowledge to help assist her in which would be the best purchase for her. He was very friendly and helpful and we highly recommend buying a mattress here!

After spending hours upon hours at every area mattress and furniture store, we went to Lebeda. Laman Alvarez was the most knowledgeable person I have ever met. In 10 minutes we cut through all the sales stuff and my wife found a special mattress she fell in love with. ASK for the "cool" bed pillows! :) Best mattress store in Ames iowa.

Amazing i loved or entire experience. I needed to special order a full size mattress. And our sales person was so friendly and knew exactly what my son needed. I was super shocked that they would Custom make a full size mattress 12 inches longer then normal to our specifications on Thursday, and have it delivered on Friday by 2pm.

Somebody refered me to this store. extremely pricy. Worst sales person ever.. Proudy... and rude answers.. Instead of admitting the poor quality of metress, blames on people and ask for meeting sleeping counciler. I am glad there are more stores in Ames now. A little competition will teach them how to be nice to customers.

I purchased 2 bed sets: - (1) Legacy pillow top mattresses and box spring. The Legacy pillow top is for my wife and I. - (1) Augusta Plush. This mattress is for our guest room. I have owned both mattresses for a year and a half now. The quality is excellent and I was very happy with my purchase experience from Laman.

I already had a mattress but I needed a box spring and a frame. I had an apartment in Nevada and they gave me the in Ames price on delivering the items. The owner personally made the delivery late in the evening and carried it into the apartment. He set up the frame and helped with the bed. Very helpful!
