I was shopping at Tuesday Morning in Ankeny, IA, on Thursday, June 26th, when a storm hit, sending lightning and torrential rains. The power went out, so I and the one other customer made our ways to the front of the store, standing by the doors. A clerk came over and told us we had to leave. The other customer said we would, as soon as the storm let us. The clerk said no, she had talked to her boss and we had to leave NOW. Just in case she hadnt noticed the walker I was using, I told her Im handicapped and getting to the car before the weather let up would be difficult for me. No, she said we had to leave right now. The other customer told her to tell her boss theyd lost a customer as shed never be back. I added my voice to that saying theyd lost two customers. The clerk told us that maybe we could find an awning to stand under. By the time I made it to my van, I was soaked to the bone, and just sat there in disbelief at what had just taken place. Obviously, they deserve NO stars in my rating, but since thats all they allow, Ill give them one,
