I recently went to Rock City with a friend. He was there to purchase a used bike. He looked at two bikes and decided on one. There were several people at the shop. It was a Saturday. Anyway, my friend had to wait for several others ahead of him to go through paperwork and whatnot. We arrived at 3:45PM. When the store closed at 6pm we were still there. We left around 8:30 pm. Since I was only there with someone, and not actually buying anything, I stayed in the customer waiting area. The staff, especially Lance, continued to check on me through the wait and even offered to comp me some merchandise for being "such a good friend" and patiently waiting. I was impressed. I took him up on the offer and got a coffee mug. My friend got his bike paperwork completed and we headed out the door. To be clear, I didnt buy ANYTHING but was so impressed with the friendly staff I wanted to write a review. My friend had a great experience as well and got a great deal on a 1 year old bike.

Great team of Harley enthusiasts! Wither you are just window shopping or surfing for some upgrades, they have always been willing to sit down and go over numbers with you. At the Parts Dept, they will sit down and get you a quote of what something will cost with a break out of every piece you would need to make the mod or upgrade work and look the way you want.

Was able to get our bike serviced last minute but had a very long wait. Merchandise is very overpriced compared to other dealerships. Bought a luggage bag in Orlando paid $125. Same bag here was $225. So make sure to ship around before purchasing from here.
