Called at 9 in the morning asking for the world for a cremation service for my mother in-law, and needed the flowers by 11:30 am. They were amazing, the flowers were everything we wanted and more. My sister in-law cried when she saw them. They were perfect, it was almost as if my mother in-law created them herself. She created a casket flower and a funeral spray that were both incredible. They pulled it together for us in such a short period of time, just very lucky they had the flowers and the time. I would highly recommend this florist. Everyone was just so nice and so sensitive of our situation, simply amazing.

I was in Oregon September 8, 2016 when I needed to get flowers sent to my partner in Livonia. I did alot of online search and located Cardwell. I contacted them and told them the price I wanted to spend, and the flowers I wanted in the arrangement. The staff person on the phone was wonderful. The flowers were delivered in perfect condition and exactly what I wanted!! Someone who visited her in the hospital took a picture and sent it to me to show how perfect they turned out. They cost quite a bit less than flowers from another florist that a friend recommended.

Just called about a last minute corsage, said "hi colleen" and asked if they happened to have any.... okay fine you dont make extras.... but the freaking least you can say when I say "okay thank you" is Im sorry have a good day.... BUT NOPE SHE FREAKING HUNG UP ON ME!!! Just down right rude for running a business that my family has been getting flowers from for years... SHAME ON YOU busy season or not, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS... AND AGAIN ALWAYS #1 PRIORITY!

I recently ordered a plant for a funeral. They didnt have exactly what Ii wanted and called to check before they substituted a different plant. The plant they sent was stunning. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. I will definitely use them again and highly encourage anyone needing a florist to use them as well. It was so nice to get such wonderful service and for them to appreciate the business.

I hired Cardwell florist for my Wedding. It was a pleasure working with Colleen. At our first meeting, I described the vision and feel of what I wanted for the wedding. My flower requests along with her guidance/expertise made it happen. The bouquets and table arrangements were so beautiful. She provided a personal touch that I didnt experience with other florists.

The customer service was spectacular! I purchased a large number of rose petals and roses the evening I proposed to my girlfriend. I couldnt have been more satisfied with the quality of the flowers and the service of the sales staff. Even though the selection appeared to be somewhat limited, they still deserve 5 stars!

Amazing flower shop! Weve used them numerous times over the years, for our wedding, our anniversary, etc. and when I was in high school this is where I used to always get my corsages and boutonnieres. The flowers always look and smell amazing, I highly recommend this flower shop.

Very Good Service and very friendly staff! They prices for bouquets seem somewhat high, but they are completely justified. The flowers they use are very high quality and their arrangements look gorgeous. For me, this is the only store I will buy from in the area.
