I ordered from California so had to rely on pictures on the website and the reviews gave it five stars. When my Aunt received the bouquet it wasnt in the correct vase and the flowers literally looked like someone had taken a few flowers and just threw them in a vase. I had even paid for the Deluxe version! My Aunt actually took them back, after sending me a pic and I was appalled at what she had received, and asked for them to be rearranged as it was that bad. There were no flowers around the back except one daisy that was several inches taller than the rest of the bouquet. The only time Ive seen a floral arrangement put together this badly is when my best friend sent me flowers for my 40th and asked the florist to use dead flowers as a joke!

This florist never fails me!!!! They did such an excellent job on my 11 center pieces for our company client appreciation event. They were everything and more than what I expected. The flowers are always fresh and beautiful. THey have awesome customer service. Thanks Vicky and the Harrigan family for your continued commitment to your customers satisfaction.
