I placed an order but then canceled it right away because flowers were already sent to my boss. I spoke to a real live person and she confirmed that my order was canceled. Since I had talked to a real human being, I assumed it was taken care of but I was still charged and the flowers were still delivered. They did not refund me and said that nothing could be done. Next time, take the name of the person you spoke to. I had 2 things sent to my boss, which was awkward.

AWFUL & RUDE!!! I will never use this store or wesley berry again...charged my boyfriend $65 for roses and sent 5 wilting tulips....I was told too bad its valentines day and were too busy to fix it...sorry but thats no excuse....if you want to waste your money and be ripped off then this is your store.... you shouldnt be taking more orders then what you can fill correctly...you have no problem keeping our money though!! Nice customer service!!

Had a great experience with this company. I ordered flowers at 4:00pm and they were delivered by 5:30pm same day. The gentleman provided me his name without my asking and even gave me a good indication of what the arrangement would look like. My friend sent me a picture and the flowers turned out exactly as I anticipated. I would definitely recommend this company and work with them again. Thank you!

The flowers were not true to the display in terms of quality of arrangement or even color. I ordered purple and they were delivered pink. They added different flowers that were not in the display or description. The arrangement was not professional. Looked terribly tacky. The delivery, however, was on time. Will I go with their services again? Definitely not.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! Proposed rebate not applied at time of order - applies to next order. $90 for daisies! Really? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Called to cancel right away and was told 30% CANCELLATION FEE!! Poor business pracitces and ethics.
