So I ordered an arrangement that cost a little over $100. Although it is Valentines Day I would expect a company that had a revenue of almost 500 million last year to recognize the volume and hire additional people to cover the demand. But I was wrong. I placed my order online at 8:16am and waited for the confirmation with their track option online. The tracking my order option never updated. and they had not delivered my order. So I decided to go to the store. at approximately 6:51pm since they closed at 7:00pm. I made it and the lady at the front desk appeared bewildered at the receipt that I showed her. She then looked on the computer, once again bewildered. She then went in the back room of the store and came back to the front, telling me that the order was at the time en route to my home. Almost 12 hours later no delivery.As I write this post it is 7:26pm February 14, 2017, and no delivery. This was the first and last time I will EVER order ANYTHING from this company. They practically ruined my Valentines day. 2/15/2017 So I call this morning and the same woman I spoke to yesterday explains to me that the driver got mixed up and could not deliver my product. She then asked me if I wanted them to deliver something later. I told her that I just wanted a refund. She apologized for ruining my Valentine gift to my wife, but kept telling me how hectic it was that they had 200 deliveries, as if that would be a good enough excuse. But I suppose they made a killing this Valentines day money wise and who cares if they totally messed up one or teo orders. I always thought edible arrangements was a good business. Now I realize that they are the worst kind. I will never shop there again and I hope if you read this post that you will think twice before you do. At least the one in Belleville Michigan 9588 Belleville Rd.

Worst experience ever. Placed an order at 6 am, then they call at 730 pm and say they couldnt find the house when they came by at 400 pm no one called, we had 2 different cell numbers they could have called if they we lost. I get another call the following day and they say that their system crashed and they would refund me and that they tried to deliver this morning, which once again no one called. I dont think they understand its not about the refund, I didnt want a refund, I wanted the $150 edible arrangement delivered the day they were suppose to, not the next day or next week. I have ordered several edible arrangements in the past but after this experience I will never order another one especially from this mismanaged location.

We received an Edible Arrangement on Easter Sunday. We missed them the day before and when I called they were so good to us. They offered to deliver the next morning. The Fruit was GREAT and so was the customer service. Well Done!

Any business that thinks its a good idea to litter all over other cars at other local businesses so that fliers fly all over our beautiful city doesnt deserve your business. Go anywhere else, this place is trashy, literally.
