Complained about bad service, was told by Matt S that "he cant make everyone happy". Wont give you good run numbers no matter how much your willing to pay. You have to be one of there preferred dealers. When asked how I could become one couldnt give me a straight answer. Good luck with the good ol boys club guys. Ill take my business to Manheim. They also have a employee pick policy where they will buy your car for reserve even before it runs without okaying it with you. These guys are SHADY Ma and pa Brashers are probably rolling in their grave

We buy from across the country for quality vehicles so we thought we would try local since Brashers became a part of ADESA. ADESA Salt Lake is still "Brashers" no matter how you look at it. Junk in, Junk out, very unethical and they dont know how to perform or honor a PSI. Worst auction Ive ever done business with.

Highest auction fees Ive ever seen. 24 hours getting cars out is a total joke. Had 2 drivers waiting 3 days and 1 had to just abandon the idea. They also claimed they would pay for my motel and partial flight to see the auction. They did neither. Wont ever attend adesa again any of them.

Avoid Adesa Salt Lake (Brashers) like the plague. Theyll push anything over the block and wont even make an attempt to honor a PSI. Nothing has changed since Adesa purchased this auction, and Adesa should really take a close look at how this auction is being run before it damages their name.

Ridiculous. Its been a whole week waiting for this company to transport my car back to Vegas. But every time I call they keep changing the date of delivery very unprofessional and rude staff.

This place is one on the worst places to pickup from if your a transporter. I have only been to this auction 3 times in the last year and all 3 were bad experiences.
