***READ ALL BEFORE PASSING JUDGEMENT*** ***Everyone... this is an honest and true event and this review will not be based or written on feelings... only in its truest and honest form. I am going to give Auto Express a chance to prove they are #1 in Customer Service and the #1 Used Car dealership they are claiming.*** I have to admit that I did not do a full check on the reviews or the company before purchasing my car. I know the price and interest rates are high but that is the price you pay for having bad credit. I understand that. What is bothering me is that I have had my car for less than a month and my car KEEPS breaking down. Not even for the same issue, every time its different issue. Then I come on here and read these horror story reviews about all their break downs and the issues never getting fixed. I have a job where travel is paramount to keeping my job and I made this very clear before I purchased my car. I was assured that the cars go through a though inspection and that the cars are sound and reliable. I keep having to bring this car back for repairs and my BOSS is becoming increasingly upset with me for always having to be late for work or missing client meetings. Today I dropped my car off because now the car is loosing power as I drive... UGH! They said it will be an all day affair to fix the car. Trying to be understanding I just nodded and said okay. They gave me a ride to work (nice, although now I am late ONCE AGAIN). I get in and I have to cancel my meeting today with my client (lots of money missed with that client). My BOSS is so mad that he writes me up and in this write up he states... IF I MISS THE MEETING AND TRAINING ON SATURDAY MORNING (TODAY IS THURSDAY) I WILL BE TERMINATED! He pointed out that having a reliable car was part of the conditions of this position. So I called back to service to get an update as to when I can pick up my car... she gave me a LAUNDRY LIST OF ISSUES FROM THE GASKET AND MANIFOLD TO A CATALYTIC CONVERT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED! OMG! I am like so when will I get my car back? She said, "MAYBE END OF DAY FRIDAY"!! WHOA! Wait a minute... I had to explain to her what happened today with my BOSS and that I will be terminated come Saturday morning if I am not present in Albuquerque, NM for the meeting/training that is mandatory for our certification that is done once a year. She seemed not to have a care in the world for my situation until I had to press the issue about being terminated. She said to call back Friday morning and she will see what she can do. So with that being said... hold all judgments on this review. I plan on updating it tomorrow to see if they have the car fix, if not fixed offer me a loaner car, or they just going to watch me get fired and no longer be able to pay the car note. Today is 08/20/2015... check back on 08/21/15 for the update as to what happens. After this you will know if this is a true company to buy from or stay far away. This is Auto Express chance to prove that they are who they say they are. *******UPDATE******* WOW! OKAY EVERYONE AS I STATED I WOULD UPDATE YOU. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM WENT UP AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY TO MAKE SURE I DID NOT LOOSE MY JOB. THEY LIVED UP TO THE PROMISE OF TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOW, THE ONLY REASON I DID NOT GO TO 5 STARS IS I AM WAITING TO SEE WHAT SERVICE DOES WITH MY CAR! DO THEY FIX THIS CAR FOR ONCE AND ALL OR DO I HAVE TO KEEP COMING BACK? WELL, STAY TUNED FOR THAT UPDATE! HOPEFULLY THEY GAIN THE THE 5 STARS, BUT IF I HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN FOR THIS SAME ISSUE THEY ARE GOING TO LOOSE A STAR.... NOT BECAUSE OF MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE (THEY GET 5 STARS), BUT BECAUSE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF CAR WOULD HAVE FAILED ME. I DO NOT WANT TO SPEND MY DAYS AND WEEKS AT THE DEALERSHIP. I WANT A RELIABLE CAR THAT I CAN GET ME WHERE I NEED TO BE. AT THIS POINT I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CAR COMPANY! THE 12 MONTH/12,000 MILE WARRANTY IS REAL! THEY HAVE BEEN ON IT WITH THAT, BUT I DONT WANT TO USE THE WARRANTY. I RATHER JUST HAVE A SOUND AND RELIABLE CAR.

I wrote a review the first day I went because I was asked, and yes for the most part it was correct, friendly service was reasonable and easy to get a car. UPDATE : the car that I got after a week and a half started to overheat, Im not talking smoke either; it bubbled over, took the car in they said would be all day and didnt provide a loaner car. Had to walk to Peter pipers with my kids across the way and wait all day for the car. A month later it did it again took them forever to get it in. When I tried to go for my oil change they always set the date far out and they wouldnt except you if it wasnt their by 8 am, to some people that might not be a big deal but with kids that got to school it is. When the car overheated again it totally went out,this was about 4 months into it, radiator went out and the water pump ( or so I thought). We replaced the radiator and water pump which I paid for out of pocket since it had been down a month the battery died even with a jump, had to buy a new battery and the car still didnt start this is already after another month working on it. Took it to a mechanic and they said the engine was no good. All during this time was not driving the car and I still had to pay the payment of $420. Called them and side they werent going to fix it. Still trying to figure out how Im going to be able to fix it and still having to pay for a car that doesnt work for the price of a brand new car. On top of the fee Im going to have to pay a mechanic. NEVER COME HERE! !!!!! And when I pass by now theres not any more cars there, I hope they went out of business. I mean I know bad credit isnt the best but were still people and we deserve honest work and services, after all we work hard to earn what money we get.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE MAKING A DECISION ON WHETHER OR NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH EXPRESS AUTO SPOT BASED ON ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS! I was looking for a very specific car and Express Auto Spot was the ONLY dealership in AZ that carried it. The next closest car was in Texas. I spent weeks researching. I found the car I wanted listed on True Car so there wasnt much info about the dealer. I did a Google search to check out their reviews / research the company and was horrified at what I found! After reading all the terrible reviews, I definitely felt like they must be SHADY and I would not want to do business with them. But my next thought was, "How the hell are they still in business?" I decided that I would call them and give them an opportunity to explain. It turns out they used to be a dealership that dealt only with people that had extremely low credit scores / terrible credit. They have since changed their business model. I very rarely leave reviews but I feel that Express Auto Spot is DEFINITELY misrepresented here. I went in the day of my test drive ready to purchase but anticipated that there would be the typical mental mind games that car salesmen like to play so I was prepared for war LOL. Instead, my sales guy Jason was totally straight up, honest, friendly and made my car buying experience a dream versus a nightmare. I LOVE MY CAR and AM SO GLAD I gave Jason the opportunity to explain the reasons for the bad reviews. In reality, they were named Dealer of the Year both in AZ and the COUNTRY in 2015.
