Bought a extremely nice and clean VW Passat about a month ago from here. They were very friendly and answered any questions me and my Mom had. I am not experienced in cars so I was a pretty easy target to take advantage of, but they did not appear to do that at all. They were honest when my mom stressed that she wants me to have a reliable car that wont break down. They told her the car fax is clean and it passed its admissions and that it runs and sounds great but that its an old car and they cant guarantee anything but explained they do have a 15 day warranty in case something goes wrong right away. All the bad reviews i have read are very clearly from and angry person who doesnt know how to buy used cars or probably just had a bad day. I will say that the car I bought did have one problem after the 15 days and that was a coolant leak and sadly its costing me about 400 to fix. But this is an old car and I knew there was a chance something could be wrong and in no way is this the sellers fault. If youre looking for good deal or need a car fast I would say this is a great place to look. Dont let salty people who have bad days make you judge before you actually experience! Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I havent received my title or license plate yet. This may be due to an address issue though and I plan to call and get things sent to the right place. Either way, thanks for the car!! <3

We are admittedly chronic lookyloos so this is a "shopping experience" review of Another Time. We have been coming here every few months (for a couple years) to see what they have in stock because they always have the best assortment of affordable low miles vehicles. It is definitely their specialty. They are never pushy or rude and are very patient. They have a knack for finding the best of the best which makes it easy to compare a variety of vehicles in the under 10K price range. Love this place. A word to the wise... If you find what you like while you are there and are ready to buy, BUY. Their inventory moves fast. If you delay, you could miss out. We have seen the perfect car slip away a couple times because we hesitated (in our case we just didnt have our ducks in a row yet).

We had a great experience at this dealer working with Michael. We bought a Jeep from them which had an unfortunate sensor failure the day after we bought it. They got it fixed and took good care of us. Take their bad reviews with a grain of salt: you are buying a used car, likely with 100k miles. While it probably wont depreciate, you likely have to do some extensive preventative maintenance. These guys are NOT a fly-by-night dealer, as they volunteer a Carfax free of charge. The onus is on the buyer to do your own homework and understand what you are buying. Cars are a constant outflow of money, so you get to pick how much you pay the parts guy, the shop, or the bank. Which of those options has nicer furniture than you do?

John and the crew is what a used car dealer used to be. They believe in customer service and it shows in how they do business. I had a problem with a car that I bought from them just short of a year after the purchase. They helped my find a service station that fixed the problem for about a third of what it would have cost me had I taken it to the dealer. We have bought 3 vehicles from them and they have done right by us every time. I have referred people to them and they have done right by those that we have sent as well. In your opinion, you wont find a better used car lot anywhere else in this day and age. Maybe if you could time travel to the 1950s, but not today.

We went here 2 years ago with our son to help him buy his first car. We were only there for moral support. I dont remember our salesmans name but he dealt with our inexperienced son with professionalism and integrity. It was a smooth, no pressure sale. They took care of him and walked him through the entire process. Weve personally dealt with many car dealers, from shysters to honest dealers, for over 40 years. Needless to say, Another Time is on the high end of the scale. The next time were in the market for a car, well definitely go there. One last thing... Our son is still driving his car and hasnt had to do anything but standard maintenance!

Went in looking for a reliable SUV for my daily commuter that could handle my 2 young boys and my 3 large dogs when needed. Was greeted as I was getting out of my car by one of the sales guys -Kevin. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me a few options they had available that matched my criteria. He was patient and really listened to what I needed. I didnt have a huge budget, but he worked with me to get exactly what we needed for a price that we could afford. I would, and have, recommend Another Time to anyone looking for a car!

A Private User

Bought a 2002 VW Jetta Wagon from here about 8 months ago. It has been nothing but trouble ever since and am now looking at over $2,300 to fix everything that is wrong, including a severely bad oil leak in the engine. This is separate from the $1,300 I already had to put into it after purchase (New axels, struts, tires). These guys are your typical used car salespeople who will say anything to make a sale. Save time, money and a HUGE headache...avoid this place like the plague!!!

My husband and I just purchased a used 4runner for our daughter. Kevin was very helpful. We have been looking for a car for her for a month and very frustrated with the Craigslist cars out there. Their price was very fair, and yes, it is a used car with a lot of miles, but it is cleaner and nicer than anything else we had looked at. Overall a very nice experience. We will definitely check with them first when looking for another used car and highly recommend them.

Went to see a Subaru despite bad reviews of this dealer. Listing said "non smoker owned, almost barfed when I opened the door and hope I can get the smell out of my memory. Ugly, limping salesman got very rude with me as soon as I started asking questions about the car that didnt have to do with "How pretty it is . An educated consumer is this pr@#ks worst customer. I left within 3 minutes, the bad reviews are accurate in this case.

Had a good expierence purchasing my vehicle in February. Now little over six months later the transmission goes out. I just spent 8grand cash for my car and now it is undrivable. Transmission repair or replacement is ridiculously expensive. Thats probably why they sold it to me for few grand less than blue book value. Here I thought it was the deal of a lifetime. I was wrong. Too good to be true unfortuantely.

They have vehicles posted for sale on different websites, none of which are their own as they do not have a website. That should give it away right there. Anyhow, every time I inquire about a vehicle, which I have asked about 4 or 5 now, they tell me the same exact thing, " sorry but we sold that car yesterday". I would stay away from this dealership, just doesnt add up.
