Not to happy with the deal we got on the car for my bf but we dealt with it, then he telling them about the transmission took them about a month or two to do anything about it, then fighting with them to get the same key and alarm key as what he gave them when he dropped off the car to be fixed... fine we got through that... but since we got the car EVER time I call to make my payment, and I do mean EVERYTIME I call. .. I follow the prompts to get the payment dept (option #6) I literally have let the phone ring anywhere from 7 to 10 minutes. Sometimes someone in a different dept will pick up and then I am transferred and then the payment dept will answer, most times I hang up at 10 minutes call back pick a random option from the prompt and someone answers and transfers me. I would say if no one is going to pick up when u hit option #6 take that option off the recording.

Do not buy from these guys, they only good at taking your money, and when you need an answer from the financing department or any repair to the car you buy, they just go around sending you to one of other to get you an answer. I never got copies of the purchase contract and when I went to get them they keep on saying that cannot give it without authorization of Mario (Financing dept), and he is allways busy to help other than taking your money and closing a deal. Beside the truck I got is a trick not a truck! Battery die in me the next day, and the engine was f**k , engine light keeps on coming off and stalling at all times. Yea, it look good but wasnt ay good at all. Now they dont want to give me down payment back and they want to deduct a suppost to fee of $399 for their dpartment. TOTAL RIP OFF!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

DONT believe positive reviews.. I wish I paid more attention to the bad reviews they are very truthful and describe my experience. My vehicle has had the engine light on since I took it off the lot, air dont work, and it ticks. I take it to them all the time and its always the same outcome Im very frustrated with them and would not recommend them to anyone. Now Im stuck and they are not so helpful as I thought, I always call and leave messages never get a call back, the list goes on. When I first took it in for repairs, I even had parts removed without permission, I think they thought I would not notice. They got my money and got me to sign and now Im like nothing but a nuisance for them, I just want my truck fixed right since I already got ripped off. DONT let it happen to you stay away.

WARNING! I have already taken my car in for over heating and a/c issues this will be the 3 slash 4th times only because the 3rd time around they did not have the piece to fix my car but I guess we dont have any Auto zone or Napa stores around so that they have to order my part from some place far to come in a week and a half and still waiting to arrive late. So when they gave me the car it was ok to drive now when I called in because the car over heated Mario had the nerve to say that the over heating was due to the same issue I was having. At this point I want to say screw my credit and just take this broken down car and you know what with it! Please do not buy any car from them save up your money and go to a real dealership.

WORST place ever! "Mario" sure does know how to take advantage of everyone especially a couple of clueless girls getting a new "FIRST CAR". Mario and the staff at discount auto sales have the worst costumer service very rude and unprofessional in very way! Mario sold us a car that was considered a "Total Loss" and failed to mention that upon collecting $1000 as a down payment, plus a trade in which was also considered $1000 totaling $2000 down payment! Very upset that Mario can still keep taking advantage of everyone! Please I would not recommend DISCOUNT AUTO SALES To my worst enemy DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE DID GOING TO THIS CRAPPY PLACE SAVE YOURSELF NOW WHILE YOU CAN!!!!

Hello. My name is Jason Rodriguez and I have purchased two vehicles from Discount Auto Sales. I purchased my first vehicle in 2012 and recently just purchased a vehicle in 2015. Each time I was there the staff treated me perfectly. I love their no hassle approach to sales. I came in there with no credit history and they worked around that to help me afford the vehicle the first time. After building up my credit I once again decided to purchase from Discount Auto because of the positive experience I had prior. They were able to find me financing and I am loving my current vehicle. Bob was an amazing salesman and I would definitely recommend anyone to Discount Auto Sales!

After dealing with a sales associate and the stablishments manager, the negative reviews got thrown out of the decision of getting a car at this stablishment. Even though we (personal problem) were not able to continued with the purchase, the team was increadably understanding and not hesitant of understanding our situation. I have bought brand new cars at reputable stablishments and the treatment is always hostile. I can honestly say this stablishment is understanding and will not force anyone to jump on a deal. I would recommend this place.

This place has POOR customer service. They have a phone menu with options and when you press the option you need, you are forwarded to a voicemail where no one calls you back even after leaving a message. When you press another option, you are transferred to finance who is extremely rude. They are quick to give you inaccurate wrong information and cant ever answer a questions correctly. I would personally not purchase anything from this lot. Not because of the vehicles, but because of the poor lack of customer service. This place SUCKS!!!

Please dont believe the good reviews for Dicount Auto Sales in Phoenix. I bought a BMW X5 which from what they told me and showed me on the title that it was a clean title. A year later I decided to trade in to get my self another vehicle and come to find out the vehicle is a salvage title. They title washed the vehicle when they purchased from the auction in Colorado and brought it to Arizona as clean title. I called them with my concerns and all they did was laugh and not help. I advice everyone to stay away from the dealer.
