So here is the deal. I dont normally write reviews that are very good for car dealerships. I was looking for a second vehicle as I have recently started school and my wife works full time. I was looking through the Craigslist, offerup and so forth looking for something used that I could fit comfortably in. I ended up finding a Nissan pathfinder on their craigslist ad, and then followed it to their website. The pictures were representative of the vehicle I was looking at. I didnt want to go but discussed it with my wife and we ended up going on 2.11.17. During our visit we met with Jerry, he was nice, professional and greeted us not like a normal car salesman, but just like a normal person. I do not like feeling like a fish in a shark tank. Jerry was professional, but laid back. We were going to do a deal on the pathfinder and then I saw something inside their show room that caught my eye.I went to look at the Xtera that was out there, and saw it wasnt for sale. Next to it was a Rogue and I was curious "Would a big guy like me fit comfortably into this?" So I said hell with it and got in, it fit nice and I decided in the middle of poor Jerry after putting up with my crap for the last hour, The manager came in and told him I wanted to change to the rogue. He didnt complain, he didnt make me feel bad about changing the deal at all, in fact he was very nice about it. Given the treatment at this dealership I would recommend them especially if you are looking for something used. The miles are a bit high, but the price is right, the treatment is good and the time spent with the customers is good. It is a lot better than what I can say for even some of the new car dealerships I have dealt with in recent history.

Wow, what a wonderful experience. We went in expecting the typical used car experience, but received exactly the opposite. The team was extremely friendly and treated us like family. There was absolutely NO pressure to shop for or buy anything which was very refreshing. They were honest and upfront and went above and beyond in making sure we got the payment we budgeted: the bank couldnt get us the interest rate we wanted so we left paying more than we budgeted. HOWEVER, Larry called us a few days later after he found us an unbelievable interest rate and we got the payment we wanted!! That has NEVER happened in our past experiences with other car dealerships. Once we signed the dotted lined, those other dealers could care less, no matter how often we called and left messages (Tempe Volvo, we are talking about you). The team even got us out the door quickly which was a welcome surprise. We will happily be returning as soon as we are in need of another vehicle. We will also recommend them to everyone we know in our networks. Sam, Larry, Martha and Bryan, our hats off to you! Keep up the great business ethics!!

Stay CLEAR away from this place. The experience is hit or miss depending on who helps you out on any given day. We purchased a used Honda Civic from this place, and SIX days later had to put $1600 in repairs into the vehicle. When my wife went to speak to them about the issues, literally 4 men were yelling at her and essentially bullying her telling her that is was basically her fault for purchasing a vehicle like that. When I called in frustration, Larry (who was also yelling like a child from the corner office) told me to not call him over the phone but to "come speak to him like a man". I mean WHO does that?? I kept having to tell him your a business your a business where is the professionalism before he hung up on me. Larry, who looks like the mexican Paul Blart, should NOT be in this business! A nightmare of an experience and our lawyers have already been contacted. ALSO, they will bully you in response to your honest negative reviews, and have CONFIRMED that MANY of these positive reviews are FAKE! Trust the negative reviews you will save yourself a world of trouble.

Sales manager and the owner of the place worked with us. The manager (think his name was Shawn ) was great and the owner was pretty cool also. He played catch with my boys while we filled out paperwork. They were courteous and professional and we enjoyed buying a car from them. The whole experience was about an hour total and we made a deal that was fair to both sides. Great to work with them. I would highly recommend them to friends and family in Albuquerque in the future. We did a good amount of research before going to their place so we knew what was available. They were very honest and showed us all the other cars we would have gone to look at and did the comparison. It may have been possible to get a lower price but the deal we got for the value of the car felt right. A similar vehicle in Albuquerque would have been about $1k+ more. My experience at 1-10 Premier Auto Sales was INCREDIBLE! As a first time car buyer, I was nervous, but everyone there made me feel comfortable and they truly treated me as one of their own. The entire visit I felt they sincerely had my best interest at heart. I wasnt pressured at all and I knew they wanted me to make the best decision for myself. Once I chose the right vehicle for me, they helped me get an unbelievably PHENOMENAL deal!!! On my way out the door they told me that if I had any questions or concerns to just call and let them know, and it is that kind of post-purchase service that helps me feel secure. I am so beyond thrilled with my experience, Ive been on cloud nine since my purchase! Ive been telling everyone about my wonderful time at I-10 Premier Auto Sales because they made me feel like I was a part of their family and I think everyone should feel that way when buying a car.

A low pressure used car place is hard to find. Even though we were charged a few hundred more for the title fees than we were told that we were going to be charged, the owner did reduce the price down to be pretty reasonable and choose to kelly blue book price and they also fixed two broken seatbelts for us that we didnt notice after we had already driven it off the lot with minimal input on my part which I appreciated. The sales team let us look around by ourselves for a bit but were also right there in the office area when we need anything or had questions. I recommend this place over the 3 other dealerships that I went to (one of which purposefully lied to us over the phone just to get us to the dealership to have a chance to sell us something we werent looking for).

Short version ; this place is fantastic. I was a first time car buyer who had gone to a few places before this one who had gave me the runaround and wanted to use my inexperience to their advantage. Jerry, the salesman who helped me here, was extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions. He also kept in contact with me through text (with his personal phone no less). Coming from someone who has a fairly large anxiety issue, I did not get the feeling that I was being pushed into a sale. Their financial guy, Larry, was equally as pleasant. Really talkative dude with a great personality. He was very detailed in everything we went over. I also had met their boss (whos name eludes me, Im sorry!) who was actually very amusing. Helped take the edge off.
