On Saturday April 29, 2017 I left the lot with a beautiful and reliable new vehicle!!! I am a single mother with a used vehicle that was on its last leg (form a buy here pay here). I have always had a less than stellar experience at car dealerships in the past so needless to day I was very nervous about going on a car shopping journey. From the moment i inquired about a purchasing a new vehicle the customer service has been unbelievably wonderful. Heather Slayton was great in her email responses and it was that first impression that prompted me to set up an appointment to view vehicles.From the moment i walked into Enterprise car sales i was greeted with such respect and kindness. My daughter who is 6 was with me and they treated her so beautifully. Long story short Heather walked me thru the car buying process and was upfront about everything; no hidden agendas. I came with a specific budget and every effort was made to help me maintain that budget. Mike Messineo was a wonderful wonderful asset because he walked me thru the financing process and was upfront about the entire process. He fought for the best loan terms and rates and in the end i ended with with a wonderful vehicle that suited my needs and budget.Since the check engine light was on, this wonderful team paid for a complimentary rental in order to have my new vehicle checked out prior to chancing my leaving lot with any issues. In conclusion, I was able to go home in my new car because the service dept fixed the minor issue and Jesus Hernandez prepped, gassed up and delivered my new vehicle from service department to sales department where I given my key and drove my new car home!!! I was terrified of car sales persons and the car buying process in general because I never had a positive experience. This was the most enjoyable experience and I would like to thank EVERYONE who worked that day for the greetings, the offer of beverages, the kindness to my child and the best car buying experience. Heather was born to work with people, she made this a seamless process-THANK YOU HEATHER!!! I recommend Enterprise Car Sales without a shadow of a doubt. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!

Our Sales Person Puma was fun to work with. We test drove several cars and found a 2014 Ford Edge that we liked. When we sat down to get the information on the car we were told it was a trade in and the customer purchased one of their 2015 vehicles. We were told it had a 109 point check and the car was good to go, no problems. Since we purchased we had some issues with the heater, rear brakes rubbing and transmission. I called and was told to bring it in and they would see if they could get the button on the heater to work. Instead I took the vehicle to a Ford dealer and they did the diagnostics plus I asked them to go over the entire vehicle. They found the rear brake rotors were chewed up, the brake fluid was beyond dirty, the cooling system was dirty and the power steering fluid was dirty. I had them change all the fluids and replace the back brakes rotors and pads. They also found an update that was not done on the vehicle from the factory that’s why I had no heat. I would say working with Enterprise is good, but make sure you take the vehicle to a mechanic during your 7 day return policy. The 109 point check on your car, not that great. Now I am told they only check the fluids nothing else. My Coolant flush and Brake flush are recommended to be done by Ford at 60,000 miles. I purchased the car with 65,000 miles and it should have been done. I shouldn’t be paying for that now. I am working with Enterprise now to see if I can get any of the bill reimbursed. The People are great here, so that’s something good.

I had an accident and needed a rental. I went to Enterprise on Wiggins Pass Rd. in Naples. I was given a Ford Focus and told that my insurance would pay 80% of the rental cost. I was very uncomfortable with the transmission which seemed to shudder whenever I accelerated. Chris at Enterprise exchanged it for a Hyundai Sonata for the same price even though it was a bigger car. We ended up driving the Sonata for a month before our car was totaled. Chris told us that we could buy the Sonata and gave us Dana Fuentes card. My husband called her and she quoted a very fair price. she also told us that the car would be certified before we bought it. We couldnt believe what Enterprise did in the 3 days they had it. They gave us a free rental for those 3 days Certification wasnt just the 109 point check. They put on 4 new tires, new wipers, and even did body work to repair 2 defects. They also ordered new floor mats for us. When we paid for the car, it looked just like a brand new car. We cant say enough good things about Dana Fuentes. She took our call on her cell phone on a holiday when she was celebrating with our family. She personally polished our car and put shine on the tires and helped us put in the new floor mats. She is a delightful, hardworking and warm person who made the car buying experience so positive. We would recommend her to anyone.

I was quite pleased with my experience overall at Enterprise Car Sales, Fort Myers Florida. I took a flight from Virginia to Florida in order to purchase my Dodge Durango Citadel, and I drove it back to Virginia. Sonia Sanchez and the crew in Ft. Myers had everything in order when I arrived at their location. The vehicle was very clean inside and out and it had been thoroughly inspected e.g. drive train, engine, brakes, etc., and I was provided a certificate of certification. The necessary documents for the sale were prepared ahead of time by Sonia and everything was in order e.g. she brought her "A" game to the table! I am very pleased with my Citadel, it gets a lot of double takes and Im sure some people are jealous too. And one of the most important things is that I got a real good price on my ride too. And every time I get in it, I am really appreciative to have it! Last but not least, the entire Ft. Myers crew were pleasant, professional, and cordial. This was my second purchase with Enterprise Car Sales and I highly recommend them to anyone who has not bought a car through Enterprise. Of course anyone who has purchased a car with them already knows the deal, Quality, great price, and standard factor warranty.

Buying a car has always been a terrible experience, one, most of us have always dreaded, the bait and switch, stalling tactics to make you stay when you were not interested, even hijacking your existing car keys so you would not drive away. This has all changed with buying a car from Enterprise. We told Laura M. Perez Pellicer our sales consultant what our budget was and type of car we wanted. She showed us exactly what we asked for, let us drive any one we were interested, gave us the pros and cons of each car and then let us decide. We were so thrilled with this experience we treated her to lunch. When we thought things could not get any better, Mike Messineo brought us through the paper work with efficiency and a smile. We love our car, love Enterprise and telling all our friends check out Enterprise before you buy.
