Disappointed in the lack of common courtesy and people skills of this dealer. I called today on a GMC Yukon which we were very interested in and I asked if they can do a common courtesy of holding it for 2 hours while I drive down from Sarasota and this seems to be something they are unable to do without a deposit.. Come on, really. Guess I am just used to dealing with good natured people from the NYC tri-state area where this would not be a problem with any auto dealer in the NY tri-state area. I leased a new car from this dealership, and no less than 6 months later the transmission went out. There was nothing they could do because they said I bought the car as is. Never never ever get a car from here!!! Buyer beware. Also will be reporting to the Better business Bureau. Avoid this place any means necessary! !! A complaint has been filed with the state attorney general!

Two years ago I financed my vehicle from Madina Auto Brokers. I still have my vehicle and it is still in good condition. We only had to make two repairs which I was not surprised since my car is a 2001 and expected as normal maintenance. Everyone that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Guy knew i was driving 2 1/2 hours to ft myers and when discussing the car he mentioned a scrape on the front end, so i thought that was fair enough until I arrive and the paint was chipping off all over the car and the door/window seals were ripped off. Guys dont buy car on this dealer.they just sell junk car .you just use the car for couples days.then the car broke down and they dont do nothing about it. A have friends that they having problems to the expensive car.stay away from them..those car are not good on motors.they are crashed car
