On March 1st we purchased a Lincoln Navigator from this place, the sales lady Estela told us that all of the cars are inspected the by owner and his mechanic before being placed on the lot for sale. The air compressor was making a noise, the advanctrac and park assist light was on, she mentioned that the car was fine and that there was no issues with the vehicle. We put a 2k done payment for the car and signed the bank paperwork, we had agreed that on March 12th I would return and pay the plate fee and THEN they would order/purchase the plate for us. Fast forward to Thursday night, the compressor sound became worse, there was an engine sound, the advanctrac and park assist kept coming on and beeping AND the suspension light came on!! Went back to the dealer Saturday 8th and they flat out told us they would not do anything for us. After arguing for a while they finally agreed to take care of the mechanical issues. We dropped the SUV off at 9 am and at 5 Estella calls me to tell me that their mechanic "replaced" the compressor. That night as I was driving it home the SUV felt 1000 times worse! Tuesday I took the SUV to a reputable mechanic and they told me that the SUV had been severely WRECKED AND POORLY WELDED!!! NOT once did the dealer or their sails person Estella tell us that the SUV had been wrecked and welded! If we had known this we would have NEVER EVER purchase or even wasted our time here!!! Immediately after finding this out I went to the dealer and they flat out told us there was bothering they would do. They "cancelled" the bank loan however they would only refund 600 out of the 2000 we had given them for the down payment!!!!!! This place is a total fraud!!! NEVER go here! I have filled a BBB complaint, will destroy their reputation online and I will file a lawsuit against them in court. This cant be legal! They are crooks and I will not let them get away with this!!!!!
