The worst buying experience in the world. They took advantage of a bad situation. The pretty facade and set up led me to believe it would be a better place to buy then a buy here pay here lot. Well , nope they are just as bad. Sky high interest rate that wasnt explain until after o say down to sign the papers . Along with longer terms than i initially agree too. After I had a flat tire within a week, took it in and was concerned about it pulling easily, asked them to check the alignment again, I brought it in on 3 different occassions, took it to anothee place they told me it was the rear axle. Took it back they still didnt see a problem then. Im not a mechanic but it still isnt right. They didnt even send proper information to the finance company that caused my payments to be behind with in the first 90 days. Just ridiculous! !! With all this I had to battle their horrible hours to get it done. I work and to travel out to them after work and get across town is a nightmare!!This the worst car buying experience ever.

They advertise "simple financing" simple if you consider paying $2300 down payment on a vehicle that costs $12,000. If you have bad credit, chances are you dont have that kind of change laying around for a down payment. They offered four vehicles total of the whole lot for my $1000 down payment. Their selection of vehicles was also poor. I went to Brunswick auto mart and got treated much better. When I told the salesman I was going elsewhere, then all of a sudden "let me see what I can do" happened. These are the salesman tricks this dealer allegedly doesnt do. Go elsewhere dont waste your time.

in the beginning it was a good experience. now that the car is having issues Im very unhappy. there service dept. worries me I dont think they are qualified.... My boyfriend took it in today because the ac and heat keeps blowing very low and not functioning properly. it was not working right when he arrived with it and the service tech witnessed it then has the nerve to say its working fine... are you serious???? very disappointed I was hoping I could buy cars from here for years to come but doubt that will happen.

Received my tax return and needed a truck. While Mario was getting my paperwork ready they let me drive the F-150 truck to get some lunch. Came back and everything was ready. Fast and streamline process, very impressed and happy. Huge service department. I heard some noise coming from the right side of my truck, took it in they fixed it without any problems. The 2013 Sonata I leased was perfect.They had me to believe if I leased this car I would be able to build my credit,& at the end of the lease I had the option to purchase or re-lease. Only to find out my credit got worse because of how they reported to the bureaus& not only that the leading program just up & disappeared which leaves me with only the choice of re-leasing.Ridiculous,never again.

Wow !!! totally different experience than usual. Im so sick of having to pick from 100k mile cars from used car lots that dont stand behind them just because my credit is not great!! I had my pick of the lot and even got a lifetime warranty!! thank you for my 2014 Charger!!!!

My paperwork was dated for the wrong day which resulted in my payments appearing to be late every week for upwards of 3 months. That should have given me an indication right away of things to come. Simply put: go somewhere else.

U that get the job done whether u have good credit or bad they will continue to work w the banks until u approve it might take a day in a half but the time is worth it !!
