I bought a car at this place three weeks ago that had no floor mats. That was a first for me so I called and left a message along with an email to find out how to get these mats with no response or return call. I called again and was told that they were too busy making deals to talk to me about floor mats and that I should come there next week. I told them that I work an hour away and cannot do that during the week and that I needed them to call me. Apparently once you make a "deal" with them they have no need to assist afterwards. Very bad customer service and will not purchase from them again!

Didnt seem interested in selling me a car until I told them I would take my business down the street. Typical car sales place....

This location is actually the one on Lakeland Hills Blvd, not to be confused with the Regal Used Cars on Bartow Rd!
