The White Settlement store managers unprofessionalism. I was in the store to buy a full size bed boxspring unit and a frame on 5-07-2011. I also bought a couple of decorative outdoor pieces. I would have bought another piece but when we got to the checkstand my girlfriend and I discovered that there were two tags on the merchandise. I waited till the cashier scanned the bar and it came back with 29.99. The label on the bar code tag stated 24.99. I told her that it was marked 24.99 and she told me that the bar read 29.99. I understood that but it was clearly marked 24.99. I asked her to check her price book and she said that it was this price without verifying. She told me that it could have been mismarked and also stated that people change tags on items. I understand that also, but for it to be insinuated that we might have changed the price, I asked for the manager. She said I am the manger. Julia was her name she told me after I decided that I would let someone know how she treated us. If she would have taken another approach to deal with the situation I might have gone ahead and bought the item, but with her attitude I was not going to buy the item even at the discounted price which she never offered. The box springs and other pieces were bought in a separate transaction or I would have walked out of the store with out purchasing the over hundred dollars I did spend.

Beautiful reasonably priced. The outside of the store does not do the inside justice. Their selection is wide and lush. Quality abounds as well as the smiles from employees. This was a positive shopping experience.Staff helpful without being pushy. This business would go soooooo much further if it would find a better location and move -------- and take their staff with them.

Quality furniture at a price that are affordable. Delivery price is reasonable. This is my favorite furniture, mattress, dishes, lamps, pictues, artificial plants, store. Staff is professional, helpful, and doesnt pressure to buy.

Ive bought several items from the one in Duncanville. From frames, mattresses, recliners, sofa, dining table, and other accessories, its hard to stay away from there. Niw, Ive taken my mom, aunt and son to buy. Love it.

If you know what you need and want this is a good place to go for affordable furniture. They deliver and also assemble for additional cost. There also arent a lot of sales people hounding you or pushing you to buy.

My husband and I went to purchase mattress and box about two weeks ago. I LOVE my bed now so much. Mattress is SO comfortable. Customer service was also great. Delivery was good and on time. Recommended :)
