We are very unhappy with the delays and errors 1. Wrong rails were sent with our order so we had to wait additional time for our furniture ,about one week more. 2. Baskets to the dresser are missing and we have yet to receive a time frame of when those will arrive. 3. I paid my sons bed in CASH and was told by the MANAGER from the Hampton store that we could pick it up on Friday when we picked our bed set . When we got there our sons bed was not ready and we told it would be delivered Monday, and someone would call us to let us know what time. 5. When we set up our bed Saturday the basket sent for the chest are nothing like the picture nor does it slightly even match the color of the bed set. 6. It is now Monday and we have not been given a call on when my bunk bed will be delivered I had to call multiple times all I get was Ill give you a call back when I find out. The manager had me send a email and no reply so far. 7. Now we have to wait who knows how much longer until I get my missing basket to the dresser and reorder from the wrong baskets sent for the chest. Had to reach out to the corporate store to see if they can figure it out and get my furniture that is PAID for delivered.

Mi experiencia con canales fue magnífica además de tener buenos precios y una amplia variedad de muebles. El personal que trabaja ahí es muy cortés y amable te contestan todas las dudas que tengas. Y además tratan de darte el más bajo precio. Recomiendo en especial a Selene Sandoval una de las mejores vendedoras de canales que es paciente y amable. Ella siempre busca la satisfacción de el cliente Brindándoles los mejores precios y buscando la pieza que más les agrade. An inviting environment at their store in Irving. They just opened. Im super happy with my furniture. Selene helped me with everything and was very upfront with numbers and answers to my every questions. I would recommend it but you cant take my word for it. Go and check them out!
