I never leave bad reviews for places but dont ever buy your furniture from here, they do not take care of their customers and obviously dont care about future business with their clients. We paid 1000 down for a couch and we picked it up on our move in day from a lady named Vanessa and she informed us if there is something wrong with the items to call within 24 hours so they can either replace it or fix it. We picked it up on our move in day, unwrapped it and found a tear in one of the side arms that looks like a cigarette burn. So I called them and let them know the same night we got it and they said text the number I had called with a picture of the damage so I did and they text me 5 mins later saying our manager said they inspected it when we left and thats not our responsibility, I replied with dont text me have your manager call me and they replied with this happens with unexperienced movers all the time and we cant do anything about it. I then replied again with have your manager call me directly either you replace it or I want my money back whats the point of telling your clients to call with damage within 24 hours if you are not going to do anything about it, seems like your employees are unexperienced. No reply of course. I called them the next day because they had already closed for the day and Jessica told me to bring them the couch and they will replace it Monday. I said okay thank you. I havent even mentioned when I ordered the couch and paid for it the lady who helped me accused me of taking her phone, I offered to call her phone for her if she liked. We brought the couch up there and the owner some Indian looking guy starTs screaming at my boyfriend saying they cant do anything its policy, my boyfriend told him lower your voice and Im not leaving here without this being fixed you said I have 24 hours to report damaged I called someone they told me to bring the couch Im not leaving here without it being taken care of. The owner still yelling that we are unexperienced movers and my boyfriend said I do this for a living I carry antiques and paintings for an art gallery worth 80k+ so dont insult me. The owner then said he will call the manufacturer tmrw and they will try to fix it, Im hoping they can fix it by tmrw bc this is already too much and I need a couch in our new place. I wish they could just give me my money back and that will be the next step if they dont fix this couch that I love, either that or I will get an attorney involved bc I signed no policy agreement as to why they cant fix a couch I bought from them? Lord Jesus save yourself a headache. This place doesnt even deserve a one and I hope they read this.

A bunch of negative reviews particularly with respect to customer service at this crazy place should be sufficient for Consumer Protection Agency or BBB to take some action against this business. I went to this place as I was shopping for furniture. While I was there, I found information from an employee pertaining to my product which completely contradicted the info I had been given two days ago over the phone. Of course, a customer will get frustrated in this situation. What the hell do they expect? Are we going to salute them? Hell no! I got mad and the crazy employee uttered the cheapest words I ever heard in a customer dispute. She said" " I DO NOT GET PAID ENOUGH TO BE SPOKEN WITH LIKE THAT". Well! I believe these few words very well reflect what kind of personality she carries around with her. A male friend sitting right next to her who didnt seem like an employee meddled into this matter which is another example of extreme non-professionalism. His meddling into the matter which was not needed further enraged the whole situation. All of a sudden the owner showed up. All I can say is that as far as being unprofessional, rude and offering worst customer service, Mr. owner surpassed his two predecessors. I took an oath right there not to go back to this crazy place again. Quality of the products: apparently good looking and well designed but internally weak and breakable.

If I could I would rate this place 0. Everything they state about there low prices might be true but when it comes to receiving your furniture they come out saying its not ready yet itll be in 2 weeks; 2 weeks come around and still they dont have it, they offer a loaner until you "supposely" receive your furniture but its all a lie they end up giving you the loaner for the same price for one you pick. Almost happen to us, but go thing a friend warned me not to take it. About 1 month ago we placed a layaway order for a bar table. We come in to pay our full balance and pick it up and they state that its not in yet how are you going to tell me you dont have it since it was in clearance. They tell us that they have it on the back we go and they try to give us another one which is not the one we choose and instead of fixing the problem the manager gives us the the money while smiling as if it was funny. So people please read all the comments for this place before you go there we are not the only ones that have experienced this. If you really want your furniture on time please dont go to this location. They dont even say sorry for there mistake on the other hand they just laugh.

I am really not sure how this place is still open. Yes, they have a decent selection. You might even say a good selection. And yes, their prices are quite good. However, they are lacking the most important thing any business can offer: customer service. We stopped by last week to look at a sofa we were interested in buying. Luckily it was right by the front door so we were able to find it easily. Not once did anyone come over to us and see if we needed help or offer any assistance or see if we had questions. We walked around a bit and still no one showed up to help. In order to get any information at all we had to go seek out the staff. We found all of them siting at their desks, chatting amongst themselves, laughing, just relaxing. Shame, cause we might have purchased from them. Instead, we went across town to Plano and bought the same thing from a location where we were able to get some actual attention and customer service.

I purchased a Soho Bonded Sectional last week. I paid over $100 for shipping to my home. When delivery men arrived to my home, they put my furniture together to find out the chaise was in the wrong side. I ordered a right side chaise (with me sitting down on the sofa and chaise facing right) It was a total miscommunication with me and salesperson. I called to have delivery men deliver what I ordered for the following day. Salesperson advised me I would not be able to exchange it unless I paid ANOTHER delivery charge! Or come to facility to exchange myself. What happened to customer is always right? Not at this Company!!! I have manager /owners name and plan seek legal action!! I rate this place a half of star!!!!!! Money hungry and no customer satisfaction. Sonny Y is the worst In Dealing with customer service! Good luck with this business lasting.
