DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM UNCLAIMED FURNITURE! We bought a sectional little over a year ago. We tried a few times to get help before our "supposedly" warrenty was up.Found out later the warrenty they said we had wasnt what they said. We paid extra for the warrenty and covered nothing! All they said they can do is bill us to fix it or we can purchase a new one( all it seems like to me is they want money dont care if they gotta lie to get it).They are money hungery people. They scam you of money. I did research and found out im not the only one same problem it was nation wide!!!!! Plus i also found out many people never even gotten there furniture and unclaimed furniture wouldnt even refund there money. Many and i mean many stories of how sneaky these people are. So watch out for these people. The seaming is falling apart, the cushions are flat and the wood broke. Im a pretty small person and it couldnt even support my weight! We asked if they could do anything and they said no. We got told when buying it there was a warrent but they lied! When we tried talking to the people they pretty much told us its our problem! Furniture should last more than a year when dishing out like $1000. The wood was maybe a 1/4 an inch thick thats probably pushing it too. My three year old son ,who was sitting on it , started crying , said owie. I looked behind him and there was straples coming out of the leather on it and poking him in the back :(. Im glad my son wasnt squirming around because there was two long staples with a point to them wasnt flat on the ends. Ive never seen or own a couch that fell apart so fast and easy ( plus dangerous to my 3 year old). Im letting people know so it doesnt happen to you too. Worse furniture ive ever bought plus they lie. Im very dissapointed and now have to dish out more money for a couch.

I would give them zero stars if I could. We placed an order for two beds with the frames. One of the frames was on backorder, which we understood and didnt have a problem with that. We then went and picked up the items that were in stock. When we got home we noticed that there was a huge tear in one of the box springs. A few days later we got a call that our backorder parts were in stock, so went to pick them up. The headboard was ready to go but they said they would have to find the footboard. After waiting there for nearly an hour we were told that the person who put it away was gone for the day and they would call me right away in the morning with the information. They never called so I had to call them back. I was then told that they had found the footboard and it was ready to be picked up. When I got there they loaded it up for me. I just happened to open the package to check on it and it was the wrong color. They still did not have the right part in stock. When we called to talk to the store they said they would have to reorder the missing part and would check with a manager about having it delivered to us and even then it would be another week before it could be delivered. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Unclaimed freight was a terrible decision to purchase furniture from in the Fargo/Moorhead area. I purchased a table from a sales associate and when going to pay the table off and pick it up (after they called and said it was in stock), I was told "We sent it back earlier today to Sioux Falls, SD since its been in the warehouse too long (3 months)" the manager said he could get us the table the next day. While going to pick the table up we were informed it was not there and that no truck had left the warehouse the previous day. We were also informed this happens quite often. After confronting our sales associate about the table being sent back he denied he ever sent it back and that he wasnt our sales associate and later admitted our table was sold to somebody else. We were lied too more than once and will not be continuing our purchases from Unclaimed Freight in Fargo, ND.

We have bought 2 beds ($2800) love seat chair and a half and ottoman, leather living room set and again last year leather reclining set and now this year a sectional all from them. They have the absolute worst customer service. I received a message stating our furniture would be delivered Friday between 3-5. At 2:44 stating they driver was at my house. I told the lady my husband was in his way. He was home by 3:00 and they had left. Called the manager and they said they would waive the delivery fee and bring it on their own truck ( not the subcontractors) it would be here today between 3-5 -- its now 5:49. No one answers the phones and we got a call stating that it would be after 8pm. We cancelled out afternoon plans and rescheduled for the evening and now we sat here all day and still no furniture. The manager did say that he would refund our money

Bought a couch there about a year ago. It was in the clearance area was around $350 original like $1200. My fiancée and I though it was a good deal but we were wrong. The manager on staff at that time sold us on the stain protection spray for an additional $60 this did nothing. Within the first 2 months the fabric started to get pilly and decolored. In the last couple of weeks we have noticed it hasnt been as comfortable either, so today I pulled the fabric on the bottom off and the suppoelrt that runs on the back side of the cushions broke and not from being rough on it. The staples they used to make the couch cracked the wood and because of that the wood fell apart. I will never recommend some go there much less go there myself along with the parent company Ashley Furniture Store or the Furniture Mart also owned by Ashley Furniture.

This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First our salesman was less than helpful. (and he was a manager-I should have walked out of the store then) Scheduled delivery was cancelled and rescheduled. (two days of waiting around) One piece of furniture was not delivered due to damage and after 3 days of not hearing from the store I had to contact them about a replacement. It took several phone calls and two trips back to the store and over 2 weeks to get the piece of furniture I had already purchased. Each time I contacted the store I was told someone would contact me and at no time did I receive a phone call. I also never received the paper work for the warranty I had purchased. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone.

Taylor Smith has helped me with 2 purchases, a full bed set (with amazing bed stand), as well as a full couch / theater loveseat combo. Each time hes given me ample time to think, doesnt push, and shows other options. Straight shooter, real person that doesnt show salesman approach. Quality of the bed = 10/10. Quality of Frame = 10/10. Both were on SUPER special for Black Friday options. Quality of Sofa/Love Seat = 10/10. Both items were delivered and set up by the crew, so it took all the worry out of transport/moving ourselves. We were also able to finance though Unclaimed, and got an incredible 18 month option from them. If you shop Unclaimed in Fargo, Taylor Smith is 100% recommended as your salesperson.
