I wish I could give negative stars because I feel like 1 star is more than they deserve! The manager, Gene, is an absolute jerk and spoke to me in a manner that I have never been spoken to before! I tried to get help from him on a purchase that we wanted to make and when I finished explaining the situation to him, he goes..."Are you done now?" When I asked him why he was being so rude when I was just trying to get some help, he said "This isnt worth it" and hung up the phone! I never once raised my voice, cursed, or anything! I called corporate to tell them and they said "They would speak to him about it"....which of course means they wont do anything. I will never but from thus place ever again!!! Spend your money somewhere else!

Dont buy the extended Warranty. Its worthless and wont fix a thing. I bought a similar chair to this 2 years ago. Spent the extra money to get quality and the added warranties. Id have been better off flushing the money down a toilet. Their chair didnt last a long as the one I got from Big Lots and cost 3 times as much. You didnt honor the extended warranty and fix the chair. Even the Frisco Store Manager told me that he thought the extended warranty would fix the chair. You might as well have stolen the money from me. Oh Wait! You did.... Your extended warranties are a joke and fix nothing. Ill never buy anything from Lazy Boy again. Neither will my family or anyone I get a chance to talk to................

Ordered a reclining chair and was given a date for pick up 3 weeks away but never received a call to pick up. When I called they said end of December it would be here then I called them on 2 Jan they called me back on 5 Jan to tell me that it will not be ready until Mid Feb so basically a 2 month wait after already received the full payment. Supposedly, they did not have the parts and the leather to fabricate it...some crap like that. Mine was not a special order, just a regular chair and I have to wait two months or even more they said!!!! Their supply chain management is ridicules, they only manufacture once you order it seems they never carry any stock. I would never buy from them again.

Relaxing! My husband and I have not made our purchase yet, but we had an excellent experience shopping at this location. We have another store to check out, but we have been to half a dozen stores already. This was our only pleasant experience. Every other store the salesman would follow us and talk to us while we were trying chairs. This salesman welcomed us and answered questions, but did not follow us or pressure us. This was the first store where my husband and I could agree on one type of chair. We greatly appreciated the relaxed atmosphere.

The La-Z-Boy quality has seriously deteriorated in the 21st Century. We bought a sofa bed and two recliners from this location. They didnt last with minimal use more than a couple of years. Why? Apparently the company has decided to use cheap materials (e.g. particle board) to save money. The comfort simply wasnt there either. Youd be better off buying cheap furniture at IKEA and know what youre getting than overpaying for something that isnt better (and arguably inferior) at this La-Z-Boy location. Its a shame.

This place sells great couches and chairs. When we bought our chairs we had an issue with being told one thing that wasnt correct. When we went to address this with the manager he corrected the situation. In my book its how you correct an issue, not the issue itself, therefore Im giving it a 4-star rating. We love the furniture plus deliver was fast. They were in and out in 5 mins.

Has a lot of quality furniture. Salesman was helpful and friendly. I am replacing a worn out recliner that I bought at La-Z-Boy 10 years ago. It served me well.
