Worst experience ever. I just graduated high school and it was time for me to get a new furniture set. Keep in mind that we started shopping and decided on a beautiful grey wooden bedroom set at the beginning of July. The only reason I wanted this set is because of a beautiful bench it had. We paid in cash that day for it and the sales associate told us it would be a few months for it to all come in. That was fine. He even promised us if they did not have the bench in stock he would give us the one off the floor. Three months go by and still no furniture... my dad went into the store and they tell him they no longer have that bench. They didnt even have the floor one. They sold it to someone else.... so dad came home and discussed that with me and I was not having it. Not only were they a month late but everything STILL had not came in including the bench that they promised I could have and sold to someone else. I did not want that set if it did not have the bench. That was the only reason I wanted that bedroom set. I went into the store and we talked to a sales associate. We told him that we would glad take another bedroom set if they could do better on the price. 30 minutes go by and he figures up the total difference between the two to be $100. All he had to do is clear it with the manager. The manager comes over and doesnt say a word. He starts looking online for other benches to go with the bedroom set we originally picked. But none of them matched. We told him if we were not getting the bench that came with the bedroom set we did not want it and we want the one next to it for the price the sale representative gave us. He exited out and slammed the keyboard down and told us the best he could do was $530 difference and stormed off to the other side of the store. The sales representative clearly didnt like his manager as well. He could tell we were getting frustrated. The manager walked off to the other side of the store and dad said thats it we dont want it give us our money back. The sales representative told us that only the manager could write a check. So we can clearly see the manager across the store and the sales representative is trying and trying to call him. Hes blantanly ignoring the phone on purpose and cleaningvthe keyboards. Finally he calls the guy standing beside him and give the phone to the manager. He tells him were mad and want our money back. He goes back into the office for a good 45 minutes and during this time my father asked me if I really wanted it and I said yes. So he said fine get it and told the sales representative and he put in the order for us while the manager is still in the offices. He comes out just as Im about to leave and lies to my face saying that there is no one to write a check here today that we will have to come back tomorrow or the next day when the sales representative had already told us he was qualified to write us a check but I told him kindly that we decided to get it after all. We leave and the sales representative told us itll be 1-2 weeks before it comes it. A month goes by and our new furniture is STILL not in. We go to the store and they tell us theyre still waiting on one part. Dad is mad and of course we get a different sale representative this time and he calls us a lair saying that our last sales representative would never say that it would come in 1-2 weeks. Dad got mad again and they told us they got a shipment that day and it should be in this weekend. We go to get our furniture and pay off the $530 and they dont take personal checks... of course. Dad goes off about how inconvenient everything has been and how we will never be shopping here EVER again. The new manager told us that the last manager we had troubles with had gotten fired but guess what... he was the first sales representative that PROMISED us the bench!!!!! We get home and start unloading our furniture and guess what.... ITS BROKEN. All that trouble and my new bench to go with my new bedroom suit is broken. We had to fix it ourselves because it was already in our own home

Would not recommend this place. From start to finish, it was not a good experience. I wasnt told until after I filled out the credit app and got approved for the 6 months 0% interest that I had to put 25% down the same day. It wasnt a huge deal but had I known this before they ran my credit, I probably would have just walked. Since my credit had already been run, it would have been pointless to change my mind. Mistake #1 They also use a 3rd party deliver company that was going to charge me $200 to deliver my couch and they could only give me a day. He said theyd call the night before and give me a more specific time frame. Gee thanks, but no thanks. I need more notice than that so I dont need to take the whole day off of work to have something delivered. 6 days later I go to pick up my couch. They clearly explained to me that all purchases are final once you pick up your stuff so its important to inspect it before you take it. Nothing can be done if you find something when you get it home. So I did inspect everything. From top to bottom, left to right. Only I missed the part where the guy sliced my couch with his knife as he was cutting the plastic to unpack it for inspection. I didnt notice it until a day later. Even my friends who came to help pick it up gave it look over and missed it. So obviously there is nothing I can do about it now because I should have caught it. This only makes me regret my decision even more to continue with the purchase at all. Mistake #2 I should have noticed all the red flags from what they did tell me. Dont make the same mistakes I did though. Buy it from a real furniture store where they will deliver it themselves and wont charge you an arm and a leg. Buy it from a place where they know what they are talking about and can give you all the information up front. This place isnt worth the hassle and I sorely regret spending my hard earned money here. My friend was considering buying stuff from here but I am going to recommend that he looks elsewhere. If you are reading this, you should too. Consider yourself warned.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I have never been more mistreated by a business and worked in retail/customer service myself for over a decade. We paid over $4000 for a sectional and the "leather" started badly peeling within 3 months of normal use. It looks awful and has to be covered by a blanket when we have company. We have had the run around on the warranty claim and every person Ive dealt with has been unhelpful and unapologetic. The first woman I spoke with suggested we may have cancer because that is all she could think of that would cause the peeling. Yes, she actually said that. We were waiting on the replacement piece to come in, so as to combine shipping with the corner piece that came late. This was agreed upon by an employee when the claim was opened, but then we got a call to say they would not hold the corner piece more than a week. This would have all been fine if they offered to ship the warranty replacement on the house, since we werent prepared to pay over $200 for the third time for shipping. I asked if this could be done and was brushed off. The stores manager (or at least claimed to be) was the most abusive of all, so that tells you something. I was additionally hung up on, after 20 minutes of complete hell dealing with this situation, about half spent listening to hold music. This company cares nothing about their customers or the quality of the products they sell, they dont even pretend to once theyve swiped your card. I would say you get what you pay for because this was less expensive than real furniture stores, but I feel that we have been robbed. TLDR: I would strongly recommend against giving your business to this store.
