DO NOT USE THEIR FINANCING!!! They use Synchrony Finance and they are a scam. Everything they do is to set it up so you cant pay on time because their website is horrible and you cant reach anyone if you call. You literally have to google a trick to actually reach someone (in India of course). Their website locks you out constantly and their security questions are so narrow and require at least 6 letters. As a consequence, the correct answers to the questions, for me, never can work because all of the correct answers were less than 6 letters. Please Havertys I am putting pressure on you to drop these jerks.

We received very good friendly customer service. Our Sales rep was able to listen to what we wanted then show us some selections that most closely matched our wants. The furniture is a bit pricey otherwise 5 stars, but it is very good quality. The delivery fee is a big turn off when you are spending that much on furniture, however they have a text system to keep you updated on delivery time and even shows you where the truck is and it is the best delivery system I have experienced.

Horrible we bought the Arden ridge bed it broke on us twice even after a tech was sent out and destroyed our hardwood floors...was told the store manager Beth would get back to us,it has been almost 3 weeks and she as yet to call or speak to us....will never shop here again

Poor quality furniture, over priced. We purchased a leather couch , matching chair and ottoman. The color wore off. We had the extra warranty- the couch was inspected by a person from the warranty company in our home. He told us the furniture wasnt leather.
