I have done a significant amount of research on my next piece of living room furniture. I went to about 10 different stores from north of Dayton to Tri-County (FrontRoom). I looked at warehouse clubs, big box furniture stores, small family owned shops, every option I could imagine. I also shopped online for exactly what I wanted, basically Id find something in a store that I liked/felt comfortable, then Id go research pricing, options, etc...online at home. I had actually been back to the Ashley Furniture Store by the Dayton Mall about 6 times test sitting two different sectionals there. Then I found the Dazzle Sectional by Southern Motion, first at Rileys in Monroe, then started my online search. I found it at two online only retailers and FrontRoom. Turns out FrontRooms price was actually lower than the online store (which was rare in my experience over the last couple weeks). I did an online chat with FrontRoom from their website to see about pricing and whether or not they delivered to me in advance and it was phenomenally helpful. I knew exactly what I wanted, how I wanted it, what it would cost, etc... So I drove down (is 26 miles from me). I was greeted by a friendly woman named Beverly. She asked if she could help me find something and I told her I was looking for a sectional, in leather that reclined. I didnt initially reveal my earlier conversation with their online team as I wanted to test all they had to offer, you never know... So we eventually came across the sofa I had my eyes on and it was just as comfortable here as it was at the other place so I decided right then, its what I wanted. She went and got her paper, communicated with the factory or manufacturer somehow to ensure they had the pieces and the color of leather I had picked and we went through the process of putting it all together in a package. I put 20% down for it being a special order and was out of there in just under an hour. Overall the process with the combination of their online team (which I found to be incredibly useful), showroom team and physical presence close enough for me to test the product, made for an overall pleasant and satisfying shopping experience. I would recommend this store for anyone shopping for furniture. I have not received my order as of this writing, it is due in the 4th of October. If I have any problems, concerns, comments or joys, I will update this post after delivery...

My experience at FrontRoom Furnishings was extremely disappointing to say the least. I went there on 3 separate occasions. Each time, I was never greeted nor assisted until I sought the sales people out. My 3rd and final time going in, I went to purchase, cash in pocket...ready to buy. Walked in, no one said hello...even walked past 2 ladies, sitting on a couch, having a discussion...they had on name tags, so I assume they were employees? Maybe they werent because they never acknowledged me. So, I found another sales lady and she tried to help me but unfortunately the sectional that I wanted to purchase was sold out. She then took me to her manager and her manager spoke to her but never directly acknowledged me. She didnt offer any alternatives, for whatever reason, she did not want my business. So, I will gladly take my business elsewhere and will not recommend or refer your establishment to anybody. I had to give 1 star because 0 stars wasnt an option.

After moving our chair large scratches were made to our hard wood floor. I tipped the chair over to find the plastic cap on the foot broken and missing. I called Frontroom for a repair order and discussed with their office about mailing me the right foot cap for the chair. After a week went by I received a generic cap that would not fit and was not the right part for the chair. I called front room back to fix the problem and a month later a service man came to fix it. When he came to fix the chair he did not bring the right part and he said that he would personally mail the right part to me. It is now several months after the repair order and there is still no resolution. Frontroom is not capable of making the smallest repair to my $1500 chair and has no care in the world for customer service or promptness.

We love the furniture. The sales people are little to be desired. They are just out for the money, they dont care about customer service. I purchase a couch and love seat the furniture was to large to go through my doors. We ask if the furniture could be dissembled. They Mary our sales person said no. She said if it didnt fit we would have to pick out something different. I removed my front window to get the furniture inside. The deliver men showed us how the furniture came apart, and said they dissemble furniture all of the time. When I complained to Mary she said she was sorry and would see what they could do to compensate but we never heard anything back. She was paid and that was it.

not happy at all with the sectional sofa, Sanibel, purchased there. Cushions went flat after a short period of time. no support. The quality of their sofas is very bad. they use very cheap materials and unwilling to replace with more quality foam. Showroom is nice but their products are not. Avoid. Go to the other better name brand stores in the area. In response: Also Billy, the sales staff did point me to this sofa and said this would hold up better than the majority of the other sofas there. $1400 for the sectional, should be for quality. poor quality based on my purchase of several others after a short period of time.

Worst salesperson Ive come across in a long time. She asked about our budget -we said sofa, chair and ottoman for $2k or less (we saw several sets in the store meeting this criteria). So, the salesperson immediately takes us to a couch that was $2k alone -just for the couch. After about 20 mins of looking around with her, she asked if we saw anything we liked -we said not really but wanted to walk around the store some more ---the salesperson said, "Okay -maybe we just dont have anything for you here." I said, "okay, so I guess youd rather we leave?" She stammered and we left --terrible.

Like many people who set out to buy living room furniture, we visited several furniture stores in the area in search of great furniture at a reasonable price. On two separate occasions, we came back to FrontRoom. They offer an unbeatable selection of options and are competitively priced. If you are looking for bottom of the barrel furniture at insane deals, this isnt the place for you. But if you want high quality furniture at a good price, FrontRoom is worth investigating. Ask for Beverly when you are there. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

My experience with Frontroom Furnishings was wonderful. They were extremely helpful when I was looking for my first couch. They were very understanding of the fact that I am a recent college graduate and on a budget. I never felt pressured to spend more than I wanted to. Additionally they delivered my couch on the scheduled date and gave me plenty of notice for when it was coming. The delivery men were very respectful of my home and got the couch set up quickly. I will definitely return to Frontroom Furnishings for future furniture needs.
