CLOWNS!!! These people are completely inept at their jobs. Except for a few stock items, most of their sofa selections are made-to-order. When I purchased a sofa from them, I was told it would take 4-8 weeks to be delivered. Ten weeks later I contacted them to find out why I hadt received a delivery call. I was told my sofa wouldnt be ready for another 6 weeks. At the end of those six weeks I was told it would be another 2 weeks. At the end of those two weeks, I was told it would be another two weeks. Finally I was able to schedule a delivery date, 5 months after I placed the order. Then, literally one hour before the delivery window was to begin, I received a call saying it couldt be delivered today and would have to be the following week.... That puts it at 21 weeks that I had to wait. You couldnt pay me enough to ever shop here again!

Inflexible policies, customer is always wrong, disorganized. Dont bother calling customer service-- they are defensive. I am re-furnishing my home, and have worked with other furniture stores. Arhaus is definitely the worst in terms of customer service. I will not shop there again.
