We just moved to Hendersonville, NC and were looking for a local dealership to service our 2014 Prius. I called to make an appointment and they were very professional and were able to accommodate us on the date we requested. However, on the day of my appointment I was there for an hour and 45 minutes just for an "oil change & tire rotation. They claim that they had called my name, but I never left the waiting area. Then I go to check out and my 29.95 oil change & tire rotation was over 60.00. When I questioned the replaced "air filter" I told them I wasnt paying for that because no one came and spoke to me about it. I have owned vehicles for 40+ years and any time something needs to be replaced, I have always had the service manager/representative come out and ask if it was alright. The lady in the service department claimed very rudely that she couldnt cancel my credit card transaction, which was not the truth. She just didnt want to cancel it ! I told her I wasnt paying for something I didnt approve and wanted to speak to the Service Manager. Finally they sent someone to talk with me and they offered to take it off the bill. I told them I didnt want a credit because they did in fact provide the product. What I wanted was the common courtesy of someone asking if I wanted it replaced. I am smart enough to know I can get a air filter at a local parts store for about 1/2 of what they charged. Not a very good first impression and I wanted this to be my local service center for my Toyota, but I guess I will be going to Asheville.

First of all, let me start by saying that I live in Sylva. I usually get my car serviced at Jim Barkley since its a little closer for me. However, I called JB to schedule an appt because not only was my service light on but my check engine light came on as well. I called during my lunch break, I was transferred to the service dept where I waited on hold for 17 min. I was going out of town and was hoping to drop of my car and pick it back up on my way home. There was a 2 1/2 week wait to schedule an appt. I wasnt comfortable driving with the check engine light on, so I called Brian Easler. The staff at Brian Easler picked up on the first ring. The girl was very polite and friendly and sent me back to service. Russell in the service dept also answered right away. He was friendly and said they would be happy to get it taken care of. I dropped it off on my way out of town. Russell called me himself to let me know what they found. This was the third time I have spoken with the staff at Brian Easler and again they were far superior than any other service dept I have ever dealt with. From now on I will drive the extra 20-30 miles to make sure they have my support and my service. I will also be recommending them for anyone who is looking to purchase a car or have service. When the time comes for my family to make a purchase I will gladly drive a little further and give them my business. To Russell and staff at Brian Easler, thank you! Keep up the good work!

They sold me an Fj Cruiser overpriced. The supposedly went through the 100 and something points of inspection. When I got it, I took it to the mechanic to make sure everything was fine just to discover the battery is dead, the all the air filters components are nasty dirty and need replacement. Mechanic even took the pieces out to show me. I called to try to get some degree of accountability for these repairs that went for 600$ (which is NOTHING to a dealership) and they said my mechanic was wrong and was trying to make a sell!. This was 2 days after I got the vehicle! they do not take responsibility for their mistakes and have little professionalism. The only guy I can probably speak good of, is the sales man, he did his job as an excellent car salesman, selling me a defective machine. I know the power of these reviews, so I warned them to either take some degree of responsibility or I will write a review reflecting my experience. Well, here I am. Go under your own judgement, but you have been warned.

I usually just go to the parts department for things I need. Sid is probably my favortie parts guy of all time. He knows his stuff, hes always helpful, and if he doesnt know an answer, hell find out. I will say that in 2009, I had an issue with a broken clutch spring/shifting problem in my 48k mile 2007 Scion tC. A tech and the service manager were positive my preschool-teaching wife had worn down the clutch racing the tC. Since I couldnt afford the dealership clutch job, we had a local shop pull it out. Once the service manager saw the broken spring and clutch with lots of life left on the friction plate, they did cover the repair under the power train warranty. It was a bit of a battle, but it worked out well in the end! They were apologetic and cordial about it. Now that I do all of my own repairs, I just go to Sid. Who is the man. Go to Sid for any Toyota parts needs. He is the man.

The worst! My grandparents have been long time costumers. The service team diagnosed her car and ordered a part and told her it would be $3,000. She told a friend and they said wow they are really overcharging you. When she found the part only costs $500, she told them she would take it somewhere else. They stated that since it was ordered she would still have to pay $2,000 for the part! In the end they still made her pay $300 for shipping a part.... Tell me what part costs that much to ship?! Why couldnt they just keep it in inventory?!!! To top everything off she took it to a new mechanic who said THEY DIDNT EVEN DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM CORRECTLY and fixed it for just $300. I just cant believe they made her pay money to ship a part that wasnt even the correct part in the first place!!!

We stopped there to buy a 2009 Ford Flex in Nov 2014. Sales Man Guy was very nice and helpful. When we got home and really started checking the fluids that "they just topped off, detailed inside and changed oil" everything was almost out, power steering, BRAKE fluid, oil, and tranny fluid. I will never buy from these Jackoffs again. I have never meet such irresponsible I dont believe they detailed my car as they said due to it was dirty under every seat. Also I now have no faith in their service department. If they had just changed the oil then when was it 2 quarts short when I got home to Sylva? I will never take any car there for work or buy another car again. So make sure you double check the fluids before you buy.

I picked up my Lexus at Toyota expecting a bill (they estimated previously) for $800+. I got there and Russell told me I didnt need the brake fluid or transmission fluid changed so the bill was $237! Can I tell you how impressed I am with the dealership. Ive brought my Lexus 450h here before for service and their service dept. gives A+ service every time. They even chauffeured my home while my car was in the shop and came and got me! Ive been use to this kind of catering from Lexus but didnt know I could get it locally. Bryan Easler Toyota, you surpassed my expectations! Thank you!!!! (BTW, Lexus told me the same job would be $1500! Gulp!) #honestdealership #thisplaceisA1
