I just bought a 2013 Tri-glide and just want everyone to know that I had great service from everyone at the dealership. They have only been running the dealership for a short time but they did a great job for me. My salesman, John Courtney, was fantastic and very helpful to me and my wife. John went way above and beyond to help us. I am currently in a knee brace and could not sit on the bike, so John was good enough to sit on the bike so my wife could get on and if she would be comfortable on back and to me that was above and beyond. Cant say enough about how good my experience was.

My 1st trip into Stone Wall scene the New ownership I was on my way home from Louisa to Gaithersburg Md. my FLHT started making a terrible noise before I got to Orange and I was surprised to see the Old HD open. The service department took me right in diagnosed the problem, Thrown main transmission bearing. They told me I should be OK to ride it on home. A small fee for the diagnoses and on my way. I very happy they gave me the confidence to continue the ride. Thanks SW

STONEWALL Harley charged me the highest labor rate in Northern Virginia for handlebar install. They wasted my time driving from Metro DC area. They quoted me one price but when I got there they quoted me $500 higher. The quote was higher than any Harley Davidson dealer in the DC Metro Area. The technicians hired is costing them business! The high quotes is indicative of lack of experience.
