For those who want a simple review... You will not be disappointed. Customer service was excellent, price was just right, over all great experience. Now for those who want a detailed review... I previously purchased two bikes from other locations but this by far was the best. I walked in early in the morning and thought to myself that these guys might hate me they probably didnt get their cup of coffee yet but it was the exact opposite of that. Chris approached me and started helping me out right away. I told him I was interest in a Honda fury well aware of the prices and the rebates and he showed me one he had on the floor a 2014 pearl white with red trim msrp on that bad boy was around 13k. Although its new its still technically last years model so Chris straight out told me that he can probably give it to me for about 9300. Satisfied with the price he goes inside to start the paperwork and he comes back to me and said he can actually give it to me for 8700. Now if you go to dealerships you know they never want to bring down prices but this salesman did just that even after I agreed to the 9300 so I was very happy with that. He then showed me how much they got the bike for how much rebates he got me and so forth... HE SHOWED ME THE NUMBERS that just never happens. Usually your salesman goes speak to the manager behind a closed door while you wait anxiously looking from far only wondering if your getting a good deal. I then met Darrin who was a salesman on the floor as well, or so I thought. He helped me start the process to finance through the bank. Sweetest guy ever he left me afterwards for a little bit to tend to another customer but he was a great guy but whats even better is that HES THE OWNER. I have never been to a dealership where the owner is on the floor interacting with customers and selling. While waiting for the bank results I enjoyed a great conversation with Chris about things other that motorcycles which was great and spoke a little bit with Darrin also about other things so to be able to walk into a dealership and be able to laugh about anything is a great feeling. I then went to Dina the finance manager. Immediately I felt comfortable. She was talking to me as if she knew me her entire life and I felt so relaxed she got me approved and also brought my interest rate down and gave me a big high five while doing it. You kidding me right? This place is awesome. So I tell them I want to add an exhaust to my new bike they send me over to the parts department. I didnt get the guys name but he was a very cool young looking guy with glasses he walked me through exhausts and prices and no they did not overcharge me. They charged me the price they pay where the order it from. How do I know? THEY SHOWED ME THE BOOK. I was very happy with that price so he called Hector from service to give me a price on labor and instead of giving me a price, he informed me that on that partic bike itll be better to get the full system exhaust rather than the slip on. At first I thought it was just to sell me something more expensive but it turns out he was right and the price difference was only 100 so to go to a place that looks out for your best interest says a lot. I then pick out a helmet in which the parts guy continues to help me but gives me feedback on his opinions and experiences with helmets. I try some on and find the right one he gets it ready for me and Darin comes and gives me a discount for the helmet. Now Im just baffled. How are these guys willing to lower prices all the time. So I was speaking to Dina for a bit then Chris and a little bit with Darin and it was simple. Other places sell the maybe at a higher price but less units. They sell at a lower price but more units. But thats not all. The wonderful experience they give customers make them want to come back and refer their friends to this place right? So when you need something fixed when you need a part for your bike or you just need a new bike in general where do you think they will go. LIKE I SAID BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Thank you guys

I normally dont give bad reviews but this time I had a very bad experience with them and I had to leave a review for them. I will keep this review very straight to the point and simple. Reasons why I am not happy with their service: 1. They asked me to leave the bike and called later in the day to let me know that I had problem with ignition and I have to replace both ignition and top triple tree / crown handle. I asked for estimation and they gave me estimation close to $600 ($400 for parts and rest $200 for labor + tax) after 15% discount. I asked for some time, looked it up for parts online and found that the parts would cost me less than $200, $100 for used ones on ebay. So, I called them and asked if I could get the parts online? then they started playing games with me... First of all, I wasnt able to talk to the same guy (Amouri or Urabeu), they kept transferring between parts, sales and services.. Nobody sounded like they knew anyone named Amouri or Urabeu... Finally, I was able to talk to Manager in services department and he said that if I get my own parts then I have to pay for storage ($40 per day) until I get the parts OR I pay for the labor charge i.e. $150, pick up the bike and pay another labor charge + taxes when I come back with parts. Basically, I will have to pay labor charges twice, which means I wouldnt be saving any money even if I get my own parts. They gave me no choice but to buy parts from them and follow what they said. 2. Most annoying part: Later, I found that there was no problem with Triple tree but they replaced it and charged me anyways. 3. They gave me new set of keys for ignition but didnt replace key for Fuel cap and the one goes on the side that unlocks the seat. Now I have to carry both keys. At the end of the day, I felt like they dont repair Motorcycles, they RIP off the Motorcyclist... P.S: When I first visited them, I overheard them talk about a customer how he didnt want to spend $600 bucks for his motorcycle. In his own words, "He says he is a millionaire but he doesnt want to spend $600 for his motorcycle..." I smiled at them but I never said anything... It sounds like $600 is the minimum or average amount that they want their customers to spend on their every visit. However, Hector was nice. Atleast, he tried to explain things and was polite. Be Careful with these people guys! Suggestion: Make sure you diagnose the problem before leaving your bike with them and do your research on parts!

I love this place!! They have a great selection of motorcycles, the prices are great, they are willing to negotiate, and the staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. From the second you walk in you are surrounded by bikes, so much so that its you could trip if you are not careful. This was my first time here but I know that they stay busy because of the countless motorcycles they had outside the establishment. I was helped by Jason who made my buying experience easier than tying my shoe laces. Whatever I asked he had the answer too and he didnt try to pressure me into buying anything that I was not interested in, he stayed focused on what I wanted and never deviated from the topic unless I did. He is beyond friendly and full of energy, you know that he is a rider who loves his bikes. Coming into this store you should definitely ask for Jason, though Im sure he will come up to you before you even ask for him. After I picked the bike I wanted Jason passed me off to the store manager Darren to finish off the sale. Darren was as friendly as Jason was. In his office we laughed and joked as if we were buddies for years and I had just met him. He is a great guy and his relaxed, laid-back, and friendly demeanor just add to my already great buying experience. they even handles all of the paper work, registration, and inspection right there so that I could ride my bike home that day. When I left my bike had official plates on it. This place is awesome and I would recommend it 100% to anyone looking to buy a used of new motorcycle. I really want to thank Jason and Darren for making my transition smooth and hassle free. The staff is great, The prices are the best, and establishment is clean, and the bikes, whether new or used, are in prefect shape. The bike I bought was not the bike I was initially looking for but I fell in love with it once I saw it. I am now the proud owner of a brand new 2013 black and chrome Honda Stateline and I owe that to Jason and Darren over at New York Honda Yamaha, They really took care of me. Edward Murphy
