I first bought a car from Schaller Oldsmobile back in 1989 and was very happy with the car, the service and the salesman. My following cars were from another local dealership who were relatives of people with whom I worked. They were wonderful and like family to me for the past twenty years. It took a great deal of effort and a lot of guilt for me to go to another dealership to replace my vehicle this time but I needed something smaller that had better gas mileage. Unfortunately, that type of vehicle was not available at my previous dealership. I was always happy with Schaller so I thought I would give them a try again. From the time I walked in the door until I ended up purchasing a vehicle, they continued to keep up with their earlier reputation. Although I had not been there in twenty years, I felt as if I knew where I was although all of the sales people were different. I immediately met Mr. Eric Ward, a young, articulate and very down to earth sales representative who presents himself very well and talked with him about what type of vehicle I was looking for. He showed me what was available, went through all of the features of the vehicle and then had me choose from the three vehicles that were left to go for a test drive, which sold me on the vehicle. Eric at no time attempted to give me the "hard sell" or push me into something I didnt want. I think I really bought my Honda CR-V because of him more than the vehicle. Yes, the CR-V met my needs but Eric was so knowledgeable about all of the vehicles that I was extremely impressed with his knowledge base and how he did not flaunt that he was up on all of the facts about the vehicles. I found him to be a pleasure to work with. He gave me his cell phone number and email address and said to call or write if I had any questions at all. I did send a few text messages and he immediately responded. I was very uneasy about the purchase but he made everything very manageable. By the time we were through, I felt as if I had made a friend. I was and still am extremely impressed with the maturity level, knowledge base and low key approach that this young man displays in order to sell vehicles. I would return and buy another vehicle from him at anytime. I would also send any friend or acquaintance to Eric Ward at anytime. He was always a gentleman, always answered my questions, displayed the patience of a saint, spent as much time as I needed to spend without looking at his watch and was just a regular guy. I appreciate this more than anything! I do have a few questions about my vehicle now and I believe I could call him and he would be more than willing to help. I give Mr. Eric Ward my highest recommendations and I thank him for his professionalism, patience and willingness to take his time to help me out. He is truly an exceptional individual and an excellent salesman. I sincerely thank him for his assistance and I am happy that I have purchased my vehicle from him. I also have to say that there was another salesperson who was extremely helpful and who was always supportive by letting Eric know when I was in the building. Coming back to Schaller has been a wonderful experience, so far. I am confident this will continue.

Were rating Schaller Honda 4 stars instead of 5 stars, not because of Schaller Honda or the services we received but because of our situation. We would have "loved it" if we didnt have to go through the expense of having another vehicle in our driveway. But in this case, it was more of Gods will, than our will. For He has ways of making sure bread is put on others tables as well, both the buyer and the seller. Every representative of Schaller Honda, to our assessment as a customer, went beyond customers expectation and provided us with every information we believe that we needed to make a sound decision that would meet our need for now. We walked in and were quickly greeted by Josephine Burns who introduced us to Daniel DeCarlo, our sales representative, and were informed of inventory, price range, and buying options. As we go back and forth with our decision-making process, we were met with patience, respect, clear understanding of our different options. From the time we walked in to the time we left, it took us a while to complete the transaction with everything that was involved, but we expected it since we were informed of the timing of each step in the process. Would I recommend Schaller Honda to friends and family, if they come to have the need of their services? I would. But that doesnt guarantee the exact same service or experience, since staff and circumstances change every so often and thus do not always remain the same. In short, we received the service that we needed along with education that serve as basis for our final decision to abide to what we could afford as a family. My family and I are proud of Schaller Honda in our local community. Could they have done more? Maybe. But what we received was more than sufficient for our need and we thank the Lord for that, since "...A person cannot receive even one thing unless it is given him from heaven." (John 3:27). Thank you Daniel Decarlo and Lori Xeller, and your managers. Also, thank you Matthew Mahabadi, our insurance rep with Allstate. Theres nothing said in this review that we would not share with friends and family. God blesses you all and your family as you serve this community and all who comes through your doors.

HI All, This past week my wife and I decided we needed a new car. We searched online and got pricing from several dealers. We spent the day looking at Toyotas and Hondas primarily. We went to all the other dealers first because they were closer to home and I thought that they could meet or beat the price I received from Schaller Honda. Was I wrong.... Then it was time to go to Schaller, we were promptly greeted at the door, where I asked to see the internet sales person Robin. They stated he was not available but anyone could help me and I was introduced to Chris. I showed him my email quote and was then introduced to a sales manager. He explained the pricing and the deal was legitimate, What was also great about Chris is that he really new his product. He was able to answer all of my questions, where other salespersons couldnt. Chris then asked what color Civic Id like to look at and a few minutes later he pulled it up for inspection. It was fine and since we already had the best price there was no haggling. We walked back in started on the paperwork, financing etc and asked if we could pickup the car tomorrow at 7 pm. It was very low pressure sales, they asked us the obligatory questions of add-ons but still was low key no pressure sales. We arrived at the appointed time the following evening, car was ready, financing was all set at the rate we were promised and then we were on our way. As my wife stated: "We should have just started at Schaller, then we wouldnt have wasted our whole day!" Next time Ill just listen to my wife... In the end, it was an overall great sales experience, no pressure, and very timely. In the 5 days I have owned the care we must have told 20-25 people of the great experience and the fantastic pricing we received at Schaller.
