Awesome sales Dept!! First time here. Got two 300s. After a couple of weeks had loud sqeeking in brakes. Took it back to service and they didnt care about my brake noise. Wasnt covered on warranty which is fine but seein this was the first time I bought two cars from them the least they can do is check to see what the issue is right? WRONG, the service rep Jamie, was not listening to a word I was saying and kept saying the same thing over and over again like she was reading from a postcard. She tried to tell me that sound is normal. Um... No Its not. This is my fourth 300, thats not normal, for any car for that matter. Finally I spoke with John, not from service dept, dealer manager, convinced her to inspect it. after a whole day they called me and said the car was ready and I had to pay for the work done. Work done?? What work done? apparently they changed the rotors and pads without me authorozing it. Duhhhhh.....and wanted me to pay for it!! Lol, long story short, they hooked me up no charge because they had a miscommunciation on thier part. I was like ok cool! Thanks! After a couple days sound got worse. So I called " Jamie" and explained to her and she totally didnt care even more, said I had to ride with the shop manager at this point. So i finally took a ride with the "shop formane" and when I pressed the brakes and the brakes sqealed really loud, he said he didnt hear anything. Lol, At this point I knew that they were just blowing me off and didnt take me seriously. Now im dealing with corporate and taking it to two dealerships to get a 2nd opinion and get a written diagnosis about the issue, send it to corporate and bring it right back to this service department so they can fix the issue. They acted like i was making it up. They no nothing about customer service. The worst service department i have ever experienced. We own a fleet of cars and was planning to buy from this dealsrship in the near future again and again but they defintely ruined that. Im going back to old say brook Chyrlser. Yea its further up but they always took care of me becuase they know what they a have, a customer that will always come back. "Take care your customer, they will come back", treat them like thier not important, miss oppurtunity in future sales".

As a returning customer Im not happy with the fact on how I buy a brand new 2017 car and they let me drive off the lot with the AC not working now Im sitting in a loaner car the day after I just bought my car and the AC compressor needs to be replaced great its getting fixed but STILL not a satisfied returning customer for the fact that they gave me my new car like this did they really check and go over the whole car ??? No because if they did they would have seen that the ac doesnt work and not have gave it to me rite ???? No more Future here real talk !!!!! "THANKS SO MUCH RICH & CARLOS & HOWARD for trying to threaten me if I was to walk away from this car it wouldve wrecked my credit and I would never be able to get a car or never get approved for a mortgage from walking out of this car with that being said I called Chrysler capital and was informed I have more options and I did a walk away not a friendly walk away and my options were 100% that I can get all my money back and walk away from this car these guys in this office try to walk all over me and take avenge of a 26-year-old guy well its not happening thanks to Chrysler capital four hours on the phone and they made it happen for me I thank them so much truly goes to show how much that there snakes in that office I am more upset that the fact that they told me I couldnt walk away from this so four hours with Chrysler capital on the phone and they contacted the dealer and put a complaint in as they told me I couldnt get out of this car they told Chrysler capital that I could come pick my car up tomorrow goes to show they thought they were gonna lie to me walk all over me well too bad now Chrysler Will send the dealership a direct bill for that 2017 Dodge Challenger with no AC that they know theyre getting a bill that has to be paid due to this incident this is what will happen when a unsatisfied customer gets threatened and lie to Chrysler capital sure wants to hear from a returning customer that experienced what I did truly blessed !!! Okay, So im not one to complain much buy i am going through a very tough situation with a truck that i recently bought.. 2012 ram 2500. Bought the truck 3 weeks ago and put 200 miles on it as of now, 3000 miles prior to me purchasing the vehicle Branhaven had done some work on the motor. Now here i am just took my new truck home and put about 200 miles on it and the motor started making a loud ticking noise so i brought to executive dodge (who i deal with) under my 5yr/100k mile power train warranty that came with the truck to get the situation resolved. They had dis-assembled the motor and preformed a diagnoses to find that the reason for my engine troubles was because of a piece of metal or hardware that had not been cleaned out properly when Brenhaven had preformed engine work 3000 miles prior. Executive had been in contact with Branhaven to figure out what they were going to do to help me because the repair would no longer be covered under my power train due to taking improper precautions wile working on my truck and there being no faulty part that caused the issue. 2 days had passed and neither executive or myslef had herd anything back from Branhaven, so i figured i would call Branhaven to see where they were at, i was directed to one of the managers who rudely proceed to tell me that he nor the dealer would be responsible for any of the damages made and denied that they did the work on my truck, mind you that all the work is on record with Mopars service files. typically a genuine dealer would own up to the mistake and either take the vehicle back and fix the mistake that was made or authorize executive do the work. Now 2 weeks later with hitting a dead end both i and Executive have reached out to Mopar protection filed a claim to get the work covered under my powertrain warranty, and or to have Branhaven fix the mistake. all a big waiting game now, trying to be as patient and kind as possible. long story short i wouldnt recommend dealing with these people again. Hopefully my situation gets resolved correctly

I found Branhaven through auto trader. Being a first time buyer I've done tons and tons of reasearch both online and verbally with friends. After combing through all the results of what I was looking for I stumbled onto Branhaven. I figured since I was relocating they were an excellent choice for me to go looking for first car. I'm glad I was right! I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism as soon as I walked in. I've been to places where you're "ascended upon" I did not in any way feel intimidated. It's scary and exciting getting your first car. So I didn't know what to expect when I walked in. But not here! I was greeted kindly and humbly as i walked in. That helped me feel like I made the right choice Angelo, who I had the pleasure of working with is an excellent consultant and salesman. I didn't feel pressured, scared or nervous. After a nice introduction and greeting we got to know each other a bit. I told him I was looking a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was very interested in. After he confirmed that way I was looking for and wanted was available he got the keys and we walked the lot. On the way to the car he was very informative on the total run down on the Cherokee before we even got in. His knowledge base on the vehicle was impressive. I sat in and we got ready for the test drive all the while giving me more and more info on the car. Everything from the heated seats, moon roof, transmission and everything else. I was sold! They take excellent care of their inventory and should be well commended. After everything was said and done I was a happy drive in my way back home. I will definitely look forward to doing business with Angeli and the Guys at Brahaven in the near future. Thanks Branhaven!
