I drove my vehicle probably 1500 miles from the Carolina to South Dakota. The dash cracked from the change of temperatures which was connected or surrounding the air vents and Navigation. I told Tracy that I had to get the vehicle in quick to meet the warranty because I knew a new dash would be very expensive. He got the part in ASAP and my car into the shop with a courtesy car. Tracy Fuerstenau 1st class treatment has been spoken to me from my family and acquaintances in town. He has always taken pride in his job, and he told me that is the benefit of living in Watertown people take care of each other. I just would like to thank him for making a broken car experience enjoyable. Any dealership can sell a new car, but the service is were it really counts!!!

Sharp Automotive definitely has a lot of room for improvement on their customer service and sales team. Their staff lacked the personal connection and care to ensure that the customer received everything they asked for. Needless to say, the "Golden Rule" is not in their perspective of business. As for their sales team, they were not reasonable with adjusting their prices to meet their customers standards. I will never recommend Sharp Automotive to anyone or take my business back to them.

Brought 2013 Toyota Sienna in for service. They diagnosed and changed water pump for an insane price, when wife got home all the coolant had drained on the ground. Should have been tested or ran before it left the shop. They towed it and fixed problem they created with the water pump, claimed would detail it for inconvenience, when we picked up the van had only been washed on exterior, no detailing done. Very disappointed will never go back.

Service was awesome got stranded on my way to vacation due to the diesel exhaust system on my truck they took my truck in right away had their regular tech look at because their diesel tech had the weekend off but ended up coming in to help out to get us back on the road so a big thanks goes out to these guys for helping me out on such short notice if I didnt live 12 hours away I would do all my services there thanks again

We live in Sioux Falls and buy all of our vehicles from Sharp! They are aggressive with pricing and with trades! Before you buy anywhere else, call them! Honestly the easiest and best car buying experience Ive ever had! If there is ever an issue with a vehicle a purchased from them, they stand behind it! We will see you all for our next purchase!

Please be advised just found out just today after the hail storm in Watertown, SD that the car I have leased wasnt the right car that I have leased for so the car wasnt on my insurance because they gave us the wrong VIN number or to do anything to it either. People do not goto sharps or they will give you a wrong car when you buy or lease.
