Gerold was very helpful when we got our first car and Vanessa helped us so much but last month my son was admitted in the hospital fighting a virus that causing him so much pain that he isnt able to walk. Yes i got behind on my payments. I did let Vanessa know and was understanding. I know shes not the owner but still i called to let them know. Now which i was going to go and make my payment yesterday (out of the hospital finally) they picked up my car (i was disappointed but i know that was all on me) Im not gonna argue, things happen but how am i suppose to leave my child alone i cant which yall should have an online payment or take it over the phone. NOW THIS IS MY FIRST CAR TO EVER GET IN 2014. WHICH ITS A 2013 CAR. TILL NOW. I DID DO MY PAYMENTS. YOU COULD HAVE LET ME KNOW "HEY IF U DONT COME WE ARE GONNA PICK IT UP" ITS MESSED UP. I thought it was helping my credit NO only reports bad. Thats all! IM THANKFUL FORD IS WORKING WITH ME AND ACTUALLY HAVE REASONABLE PRICES NOT OVER CHARGE ME. 2016 FORD TAURUS SEL. WITH 2,000 miles for the price auto usa was giving me for a 2013 ford Taurus 65,000miles for 30,000. No GO to a big dealership they will work with you. THANK YOU AGAIN.

Staff is not friendly, Owner is all about making money doesnt care about customer. My mom had her 2014 Nissan Pathfinder for a year and the body of the car is falling apart all they can do is to fix it and send up a repair account, after my mom had spent about a thousand dollars to fix the parts that were falling apart at the Nissan dealership. Our family bought 4 cars from the Arlington location and had no problem. Were sad that the Arlington location is closed and now we have to deal with the Irving location and the one owner thats left. I know my family wont be buying any more cars from AUTO USA IRVING. Beware cars may look new on the lot but you wont know all the problems that comes with it till you buy it... I will not recommend this car lot to anyone.
